“Had my son's 5th birthday party here and him and his friends were having a blast. The trampoline area is big but not too overwhelming, several staff members were looking after everyone for safety reasons. The UV party room was excelent, the kids were all delighted. The food was fresh and tasty, the pizza was warm and delicious. The staff member was attentive and helpful in the room. I wish I took her name to put it here. We're all felt very well looked after and not rushed at all even if we passed our 30 minutes time in there. Thank you! We will be coming back!”

“I had a great experience at this great pub located just off Esher high street. I had great communication from Liam to confirm my booking of 20 guys. He arranged a room for us upstairs, took table service for lunch and we were so well cared for by Sam. He was very attentive to us. The whole group had great things to say about their food. An excellent pub for a Sunday roast.”

“A Truly Wonderful Stay – Even with a Rocky Start What a fantastic experience from start to finish—even though our trip began on a difficult note. My wife was injured on the way to The Bear, and we couldn’t have been met with more kindness and care. The staff went above and beyond, and Tracy was an absolute gem—warm, genuine, and made us feel like we were staying with friends rather than in a hotel. This stay really highlighted the contrast with one of the sister hotels we visited, which lacked the same warmth and charm. It’s our second time at The Bear—we stayed last year, and although my wife was initially hesitant about staying in a pub setting, she ended up loving it so much that it topped her list for this year’s trip. We noticed several subtle improvements since our last visit—small touches that really add up and elevate the overall experience. It’s clear that care and attention to detail are a priority here. If we had one minor complaint, it would be the limited parking, but it’s a small trade-off for such a welcoming and comfortable stay. Top rated—we’d love to return again.”

“I honestly can’t recommend Sarb highly enough. She has sorted my body out so many times when I’ve been in so much pain I could’ve cried. Every time I leave one of her sessions, I feel like a completely different person - lighter, looser, and pain-free. What I love most is how she combines deep, effective massage with deep stretching - it’s the perfect balance that really gets to the root of the problem rather than just treating the surface. “My dogs Yaya&Didi really enjoyed staying here! They are normally slow but they love every staff here! We had boarding with reactive training - Kelsey and Romeo is very responsive in our whatsup group chat and will post video everyday. We then had a handover session to went through everything my dogs learnt. Absolutely love it❤️ We also had daily updates on Royvon system about their diet and regular message about how are they. This will be the place to go if we need to board our dogs next time.”
