Prior to my appointment the receptionist called to let me know that there is road works nearby and informed me of the alternative route to take, which I found helpful. I had a lovely lady called Montana doing my hair and she was so welcoming and made me feel so comfortable. Her customer service was amazing she offered me a hot drink and biscuits. I had my third session of laser hair removal with Jayda who was excellent. She was so friendly, knowledgeable and patient. It didn’t hurt but she made sure to check and that I was comfortable at all points. Highly recommend and would definitely book with her again!”

“We popped to Bromley High Street on a Tuesday and came across Crepeaffaire - it looked like a lovely cafe and it was warm to sit outside. We sat and ordered some milkshakes and saw that they offer half price crepes 3-4! It was fantastic, the crepes and drinks were beautiful and it was such a lovely find. The crepes were so delicious, as you can tell by the photo! We had such a lovely time - also Lewis working at front of house was sooo lovely! It makes such a different when you have such a friendly service with a smile and someone who explains the menu etc. It was so lovely - thank you so much, special thanks to Lewis!”

“One of the best cinemas in south London. Reasonably priced tickets, spacious, and every seat is a recliner. Only downside is the speakers behind some of the screens sometimes carry such heavy reverb that the image has visible ripples. Not a deal breaker, but noteworthy as it's an impact to the biggest perk of the cinema experience - the high quality visual experience you can't get at home.”

We ordered three pizzas, and while we were waiting, Matheo, one of the staff members, was incredibly friendly and even offered apple juice to our daughter, which was a really nice touch. The pizza was delicious, with that signature sourdough base and fresh ingredients that Franco Manca is known for. The restaurant itself is quite spacious and very family-friendly, making it a great spot for both dining in and takeaways. The curries were rich and full of flavour — you can really taste the freshness of the ingredients. The chicken tikka masala was creamy without being too heavy, and the lamb rogan josh had tender pieces of meat that melted in the mouth. Portion sizes were generous, and the naan bread was soft and fluffy (not greasy like some other takeaways). The spice level was just right — enough heat to keep it interesting but still very balanced. Customer service was great too — friendly and helpful when I called to check on my order. This has definitely become my go-to Indian takeaway in Bromley. Highly recommend if you want authentic, high-quality Indian food!”
