“Had a lovely time for lunch here! Great little gem in the heart of Burnt Ash Lane! The staff were very friendly and attentive and the food was very delicious. Came out hot and consistently. I like their staggard menu which splits it into starters, courses and main course. The price is also very reasonable for the quantity of food that you get. The restaurant is a bit dated but it does not take anything away from the quality of the service and food. Definitely worth a visit!”

“I’ve been coming to this cafe for 12 years At least three times a week and I have never had a bad meal the family who run it are amazing and so friendly always make you feel At home. I’m not normally one to review places but after seeing some of the reviews I though I have to set the record straight food quality is spot on the price for what you get is super reasonable and I would say it would be hard to get similar portions for same price anywhere else hands down the best omelette I’ve have ever tasted and burgers are ti die for. The owner and the team were so friendly and helpful (they explained they had run out of till roll for my receipt, so emailed me - then checked I had the email). The food was delicious and the portions big. All in all, great value - we had 3x mains, 2x sides and 3 drinks for £48. Also, it was really clean and well kept. Strongly recommend this place - we will come back!”

“I hired the Grand Suite at the New Inn for my 60th birthday party with 110 guests. Everything was perfect! The staff couldn’t have been more helpful and accommodating. Thanks especially to Aimee who ensured I was able to set up decorations etc. early in the day. The room is beautiful with a lovely big dance floor and nice big tables with plenty of seats. The food was delicious and plenty of it. The bar staff were friendly and efficient. Great air conditioning in the main room on a very hot night was very welcome! My guests were all extremely impressed with the venue. Thank you all the staff for making everything work out so well - brilliant!”

“They have a toddler group that starts at 10:30, with singing, stories and crafts. Brook cafe is a welcoming environment that my kids love to play in, there are toys for little ones to play with. The food tastes great and is reasonably priced. The cafe closes at 2 and is open on Thursdays.”
