She brought out insoles for me to better help me visualise how the shoe would fit when I eventually do buy, and was incredibly knowledgeable about the brand. There was also a lady with a headscarf (I didn’t get her name) who was brilliant in making me feel welcome, offering me a glass of Prosecco and water for the duration of my browse. After a frustrating run-in with Monzo (looking at you, Cookie Monster vibes), where I felt wrongly judged—like a criminal when I’m actually a pensioned-off Royal Marine Commando battling health woes—I rolled up here needing a reset. And reset they delivered, Per Mare Per Terram style. Natasha, Roni, and Ouqhiba? Absolute legends—caring, efficient, and spot-on, like the ultimate “good wife” squad every traveler dreams of when stress hits hard. They handled everything with warmth and zero judgment, reminding me of that timeless wisdom: Know thyself, love thyself, love thy neighbor, and never judge a book by its cover. True pros who turned my freeze-up into a thaw-out. The room was spotless and comfy, but the real MVPs were the seabass (flaky perfection) and crisp apple juice at dinner—simple, satisfying fuel for the soul. Revolut sorted my payments smoothly, no drama. Premier Inn, you nailed it. God bless you all—book here and breathe easy. 10/10, no hesitation.”

She helped me chose between two sizes of the bracelet I was interested and helped me sign up to My Pandora to get a free (and gorgeous!) jewellery box. Really good experience in the store today. “For years Bromley has been crying out for a decent cinema and now we have two! Bar and kitchen section has been done up well and the whole place has the art deco feel. Food was excellent.. I had the beef ragu which was slow cooked beef and delicious. One gripe would be the seating.. I've only been to screen one so far but the seating in row E (and possibly all the seating from there back) are just plain uncomfortable. They appear to be pushing you forward into some strange stress position! We moved to the row D and those seats could recline so problem solved”

“Free parking right out front if required off peak times. Staff most welcoming, arranged a group table with less than an hours notice. Value for money too the bill including drinks very reasonable. Warm atmosphere, could not want for anything more. Keep up the good work :)”

The stock is well displayed. Many of the shoe styles, for men and women, are available in wide fittings as well as standard fit.”

“The driver was friendly, helpful and accommodating to our delayed landing. We needed to pay an additional £6 charge to the driver for a 30min delay, which is fair enough, but I would have thought that the flight details we shared in the app (flight number, scheduled arrival time) would have been used to schedule the driver's arrival and be adjusted according to live flight information. Fortunately, we had some cash to pay the driver, though, if paying in advance by card via the app, it would be more helpful to add the charge to the original payment method. These were just minor issues and we were otherwise happy with the service and price.”

Honestly the best dog walker I have had for a long time and being new the area and finding him so quickly is incredible. If you need a dog walker look no further!”

“My wife and I were in Bromley for just one night and we decided to stay here having done so quite a few years ago, and it is so convenient as it is centrally located within easy reach of the town centre, restaurants and pubs. We were very pleasantly surprised to find that the decoration and decor of the place had been kept as pristine as we recalled from our previous visit; there was no deterioration at all. Check-in was extremely quick, and we had a room at the back of the hotel away from the busy A21 road that runs passed the hotel at the front. We found that the room was exceptionally clean, as was the rest of the hotel. Our only slight gripe was that we found that the room a little hot while trying to sleep, but this is probably because we sleep in such a cold room, our preference, while at home. We took advantage of the underground car parking and we thought that the price paid for a full 24-hours was very reasonable especially for the obvious peace of mind that it gave us. Checkout the following morning was just a matter of putting the room card in a slot at the Reception Desk. All in all we thought that it was a very good choice to have made, especially at the cost which was very, very reasonable.”
