“This is such a great local shop. The staff are really friendly, all the produce is fresh and not wrapped in plastic, and the £1 bowls out front can be great value too. “I found Women in Motion early in my pregnancy when I was looking for a way to stay active safely, with someone who could guide me on what was and wasn’t suitable. What I found was so much more than just a sports group. Women in Motion gave me the chance to meet other pregnant women and mums to share experiences with, and to feel supported every step of the way. It has kept me feeling strong and healthy, physically and mentally, throughout pregnancy, postpartum and beyond. Jacqueline, Emma and Ronda are not only great trainers but also genuinely lovely people. The flexibility of the groups and classes has been a huge plus, and I was always able to bring my baby along whenever I needed to, which made all the difference. I’d recommend this to any woman, pregnant, mum or not, who enjoys being outdoors and wants to have a good time while moving her body. Thank you WIM!!”
