The inspection was thorough, and they provided honest feedback without pushing unnecessary repairs. The waiting area was comfortable and clean, and they even offered to put the heating on to keep me warm!. My car was ready on time, and the pricing was transparent and fair. I will definitely be returning for future MOTs and other services. Highly recommended!”

“I had an appointment today for a silk press which was booked last minute due to myself going on a last minute holiday and let me tell you!!! Best last minute decision I could have ever made. Cleo and her lovely assistant are so kind and hospitable! Customer service is the best I’ve received from a hair salon in years. They make you feel so comfortable and and constantly checking you’re happy with your hair. They are super gentle when handling you hair and the results came out amazing they really care about your hair and comfort and it shows. I’ve never had a silk press before but I will now be a returning customer. I will only be coming to Cleo Costa Hair for my treatments going forward!! Thank you ladies.”

I stumbled into the shop an absolute mess, crying as I was about to be late to take my best friend to her chemo appointment and obviously had not booked in with the car shop. The man who changed my tire was amazing, he worked quickly and was lovely to me, telling me that it was just a car and explaining the work he was carrying out like I wasn’t an idiot (even though I clearly am!)- extra bonus points too for having a very cute and friendly cat that let me pet him! “Really friendly staff all around, from in the gym to the receptions to life guards. Facilities have always been clean and car park is usually full when I go, however there are always people coming in and out, I find usually on the hr is when spaces open up, at 11 at 12 at 1 etc.”

“Fantastic clinic which seems to specialise in maternity and x-ray. Very friendly and helpful staff, clinic was unbelievably clean. Only downside is very limited car parking onsite and all surrounding areas are resident zones, but it's not too far from Dagenham Heathway station which has great service.”
