Not only were they fantastic with initially helping us design and book the honeymoon of our dreams but when it all went crazy during covid they were so patient and understanding. Once we went back to let them know what we wanted to do we were greeted and served by Samantha who was absolutely out of this world fantastic! She was so helpful and delivered such an incredible customer service. We will absolutely be booking with her and kuoni again. Can’t recommend this company enough!”
