Being open late on Thursdays and Sunday means that it always possible to walk in and get a really good haircut. Going in at peak times might mean a wait but then I find I get drawn into the conversation or banter and the time flies.”

He was friendly, gentle with my boy, and highly informative in giving exercises to help my little one relieve discomfort after feeding. “I was booked in with Boots in Uxbridge for a rabies jab today, the first of 3. The booking has been in place for 3 weeks and I have been waiting my turn. This morning I got a cancellation due to staff sickness. They gave me a number to ring which turned out to be their deliveries hub and when I rang Boots the store and chose option 3 for the pharmacy I was greedted with a message saying that they were too busy to take my call. Please call back and they hung up. I tried 4 times without success. Having planned my working week around today I then set about trying to find somewhere to get this done today. My first call was to Garners also knows as The Uxbridge Travel Clinic and they said they could fit me in today as long as I did not turn up between 1pm and 2pm which was no doubt lunch time I got there about 1420, paid to park just outside and went in After about a minute I was asked to fill out a form and then asked to sit in a cubicle where I was joined by a member of staff The injecion was given efficiently and the whole procedure took may be less than 15 minutes I was very impressed by the whole thing and will go back for Rabies part two next week I can whole heartedly recommend this pharmacy”

“My Son has been going to The Young Once since end of November 2024. When I saw him get off the breakfast table and walk by himself to the baby area, it was such a proud moment. He feels happy and at home there. This is the only nursery we have come across where the lovely staff has a big smile on their face at 8:00 am and same smile and enthusiasm at 6:00pm. This was so important to me. Kelly said to me you had the baby 9 months in your belly then a year of maternity and then you have to leave your baby with strangers, this nursery really gets it and gives our little humans all the love, confidence and care we wish for them. My little boy loves this place and when I ask him are you going to play with Carol. He has the biggest smile on his face and Carol is right, he can say her name now. I am so glad I visited this nursery and my little one is going to have amazing 4 years here.”
