Over the past two weeks I have been having treatment done and I can finally say my fear and anxiety of being in that dentist chair is finally over. Dr Farhed has the most caring heart and will ensure that you feel comfortable and you’re ok during everything he does. My daughter has autism and for many visits she was unsettled as she does not like anything to do with the medical work but this man once again never gave up and now he’s the only medical Dr she happy to visit.”

Alice has looked after the three of us very professionally but with care, kindness and compassion. One of my twins dislikes any medical intervention but Alice won him over straight away. When the other twin and I have had to have injections for our treatment Alice was so gentle we didn’t even feel the injections. Alice is dedicated and precise, she is diligent and has treated us with the utmost respect and care. Thank you so much for your kindness and care.”

“Modern , well organised professional dentist. Staff are very friendly, professional and helpful. I admittedly missed an appointment due to having COVID , the clinic were very understanding and a new appointment was made . I love the ease of their website, it is very easy to use and very handy to make appointments and you can pick your own time slots. The clinic will send you reminders a few days before hand just in case you forget and confirmation emails. Reception are brilliant with enquiries. I'm not a lover of going to the dentist but here I do feel comfortable and in good hands. Dr Freddie is Amazing, he always explains what he is doing and how long it will take which helps put my nerves at ease, He is genuine and very caring. His knowledge and dedication to dentistry is out standing. Overall you couldn't ask for a better service with amazing empathetic staff. Ample parking right outside with disabled access.”

“I've been using this pharmacy for most of my life and I must say with great respect that all pharmacists and counter staff provide an outstanding healthcare service at all times. No matter how busy they are, staff goes the extra mile to help and support with any queries regarding medication. The lady pharmacists at this branch are very mindful of customers needs. There's been several occasions when the pharmacists chased prescription on behalf of the patient and got things moving forward. There is definitely a real caring and serving attitude amongst staff and that makes me and my family feel relaxed and satisfied. The second time I ever went to see him he actually remembered me even though it was almost 7 months later. His assistant was also very sweet.
