Cozy atmosphere in Edgware

“My son and I had a lovely time in the cafe today (Saturday), we both ordered burgers and chips, the food and service was lovely, young lady who served us was polite and friendly, we had a great time. A Saturday morning breakfast or just a cup of tea perfect.”

“It was a very nice menu, good range and well presented. I was there lunch time and it was fairly quiet but staff were very attentive. Would happily return.”

“Excellent experience, loved the food. Had the salmon delight breakfast, it tasted wonderful and I would highly recommend it. I especially enjoyed the various cut fruits which came with the breakfast. It made the breakfast more wholesome, healthy, and enjoyable. Only thing I would suggest is the pancakes were not my favourite, maybe it didn't have much sugar in the flour mix. Don't know if that's a positive or negative thing, healthy Vs tasty. Maybe some would have a different experience with the pancakes. Also, don't need to decorate the breakfast with flowers etc, the food was excellent already so it doesn't add much apart from maybe cost to the restaurant. Overall, excellent food, lovely staff, cozy vibe, wonderful experience, would come back and highly recommend.”

“I saw this shop online and went there and try their sandwiches which were very good especially the paneer tikka sandwich which was very good and their masala chips were very great which made me remind my childhood and their chai was also very good. “We tried this place because of the 4.7 star reviews on Google reviews and it more than lived up to its rating. The food was incredible!! Seriously the best food I've had on Edgware Road. The mix grill was exquisite and grilled to perfection. The mixed shawarma wrap was served in the bread they make at the restaurant and was fantastic. Excellent service from the young lady waiter. The bill was very reasonable for the quality of food served. Please give this place a go if you're on Edgware Road!”

“In response to Ishani Dharmasiriwardena who claims the staff are rude and is going to their normal place, heriots, to order cakes in future, one begs the question why you didn't go there in the 1st place. Just looking for a problem with a kosher baker. I'm a regular, the staff are lovely and the products excellent. I've had produce from Heriots bought for me by friends and there's no comparison, La brioche wins hands down. Of course all these comments are subjective and do not necessarily reflect reality.”

“An Italian style coffee shop. Excellent coffee which is smooth and strong. The cakes are really great and home made. Very reasonable price as well. The lunch options are paninis, sandwiches and salad bowls, plus baked potatoes and priced between £3.50 and £8.50. Cakes £2.90 Coffees around £2-3 with Americano £2.40 and cappuccino £2.70. This is a friendly cafe with outdoor seating and ideal for coffee and cake whilst out shopping or light lunches with friends. A really lovely addition to this fast improving High Street.”

“Went to Chaii & Spice with my sister and nephew today. The lady was lovely and our food was ready quite quickly. The atmosphere is calm and the board game tables are a nice touch. The food was well priced and had a homely feel, we especially enjoyed the papdi chaat and the karak chaii. Would definitely recommend coming here and supporting this family-owned restaurant.”
