“Best Indian food in the SE London. I've been ordering form this place for over 9 years now. It is so good, i drive 40 min to collect it as no longer living in the area. They are really generous with spices and everything is delicious. Chicken Tikka Madras, Paneer Tikka and all the veg side dishes... not forgetting the Peshawar naans. My mouth is watering even just writing this.”

He was so enthusiastic and the interaction was lovely even with the large amounts of children that come in he made time for everyone tivmake sure everyone had a great time, must be the best Santa we’ve seen so far my kids loved it! Also a shout out to his helper elf she was a lovely lady and took loads of pictures for us to capture the memory.. as always a lovely meal and servers were great especially with the rush!”

“Our experience at Mercure Dartford Brands Hatch Hotel and Spa was amazing! Our room was of their new ones which was beautifully made, it had all the essentials you would require for your stay, and our beds were very comfortable. My husband, daughter and I had booked in for the Ishga massages at their spa and the masseurs were truly skilled. My masseur, Joy, was great and asked what type of pressure I liked and she was very talented. I was completely relaxed and refreshed at the end of it. My family gave me good feedback about the other 2 girls as well, I'm sorry I don't remember your names, I wanted to say thank you! Will definitely be back!”

“Happy to make changes like putting some meat separate and some in a pitta which is really useful, when they are flexible about how the food is given to you and they aren't precious about a set menu. Only thing I'd point out to them is to make sure to use a set of tongs to turn the raw chicken skewers over, and once this is cooked on the outside, move to a different part of the grill and finish it off, by using another pair of tongs. You'd avoid any chance of cross contamination this way. Same goes for the pittas and wraps being warmed up - use another clean pair of tongs to avoid customers having second thoughts about their stomachs getting through the night ok..”

“We were recommended to Adel and Tim through friends of ours as we were looking to book our honeymoon and felt completely out of our depth! We couldn't recommend them enough, first of all Tim called us to get a feel for what we were after, we were then presented with a few great options that were well thought out and put together in a very user friendly link. Nothing was to much trouble and all of our questions and requests/tweaks were handled quickly in a friendly manner throughout. Once we chose our holiday we felt in really safe hands and had all the info we needed to feel confident traveling further away from home than neither my Wife nor I had ever been before! “I had breakfast here on a busy Saturday. I asked to sit in for a couple of hours whilst my wife, daughter and her friends shopped as a birthday treat. The manager (Nadine) found me a quiet table in the corner with a nearby power supply as I mentioned I wanted to do some work. They genuinely couldn’t have been any more helpful and I didn’t feel any pressure to vacate the table at any point. We were so grateful to be able to take it away and enjoy it whilst our toddler was napping. The member of staff we spoke to on the phone was so kind and helpful. We collected our roast with no problems and just about had a big enough plate to put it on as the portion size was fantastic. “We had a lovely evening for my son’s 25th birthday. Our table for 6 was set up by the window as requested. From the moment we arrived we had a warm welcome and service levels were excellent. My sons lamb shank madras was in his words “probably the best meal he has ever had” (highly recommended ) if you are not sure about what to have the family owners will always suggest a dish to try, even making bespoke dishes too. The icing on the cake is you can bring your own alcoholic drinks with no corkage added, they even put them in the fridge for you and bring the glasses.”

Fresh fish not frozen, crispy batter was perfect Chips are frozen but proper chips and not those skinny things so ofyen served in pubs, garden peas or mushy peas and served with a wedge of lemon. Could ask for better and only £3 more than the local chippy which incidentally is also very good. Staff are great with a real local atmosphere so 5 stars from me”
