“Was served by Ben this afternoon at the acorn industrial estate branch! I had an exchange I needed sorting out for a recent order, a pair of boots for a different pair! However because I used a voucher for the previous pair it made the exchange a little difficult to sort out however after a few calls Ben was really positive and polite and was able to sort the situation out for me which I really appreciated as I took the boots to be refunded at my more local store (Belvedere) and was told by a member of staff that she didn’t wouldn’t do the refund for me because she had already taken a large refund that morning and obviously wanted to meet her store targets for the day. This was not fair and I shouldn’t have been told this. Many thanks again Ben.”

“Ive now used this shop twice and he does not fail! I took an iPhone 11 to the Apple store who initially quoted £69 to replace the battery, after they opened it they quoted me £370 as they claimed it had water damage! I took it to I.Q who quoted me £45 and he did not mention any water damage, it took 30 minutes and the phone works fine, I highly recommend him!”

“Gave these a ring after my LG OLED stopped working. They came and collected the TV a few days later and returned it 10 days after that. A much better service than I was getting from LG who has no interest in providing any after sale service. TV is working perfectly again. 2 great guys collected the TV. Very polite and knowledgeable. When they returned the TV one of them explained the fault and why they carried out the type of repair they did. I was very happy with the price I was quoted and that price never changed. “I have been attending this Barber Shop in Bluewater for over two years. I always have my beard shaved and trimed together with a haircut, its always done perfectly by my Barber Sinan who is professional and very friendly and he makes my regular visits something I look forward to. “I collected 2 reconditioned twin port cylinder heads from The Engine Shop 3 weeks ago (Oct 2017) They were packed and ready. However it turned out that my engine needed a lot more reconditioning then was first thought .A complete engine exchange was required My ever reliable garage sourced and fitted it for me. As the heads were already in place l had no use for heads l had purchased from The Engine Shop. Although l grant you that Jim is not a"people" person there was absolutely no quibble about a full refund. The company does all it's reconditioning on site and while l was in Jim's office l noticed paperwork from the well known parts suppliers we all know obviously using The Engine Shop as suppliers. I suggest that all the dissenters should take note of my experience.”
