“Blackstone As soon as we walked in to the showroom we knew we were in safe hands. We have been undergoing a project on our dream home and the kitchen was going be biggest investment, so needed to get it right. We booked in a design with Blackstone and set out upon our journey. We were open to suggestions as we trusted James and Lauren as the experts. We now have double island layout with a booth at the end of one of the islands, it was a stroke of genius and a bold suggestion to start with! The area is now set up for socialising and spending time with family and friends. The Gin bar adds a touch of class and it will be used (a lot) over the festive period. We also had a double book case with a low level seating area underneath the window. The area flows so well, it has the feel and look of a prestigious hotel but also the comfort of a cosy house. As the project moved forward and started to take shape Blackstone continued to develop ideas to improve the finished product which were incorporated into the kitchen design without fuss. It is a big decision and major investment buying a Kitchen but it’s a decision we got right. Blackstone have the professionalism and precision but also have the family feel and give care and attention. We are very excited about using the kitchen now Blackstone have completed the installation. Thank you the the Blackstone team Barry, Victoria and Finlay”

“Have bought 2 chairs on 2 different occasion within the span of a year and wow! Firstly, they have an amazing assortment of chairs, parts and are the only place supplying the Atlas headrest (it’s a must!). And their support is very quick to respond with my barrage of questions. Shipping is quick and assembling the chair takes 5 mins. Well worth a look with these guys to get high quality Aerons for a nice price. :)”

“Our amazing Tom Howley kitchen was completed today. From start to finish the whole experience has been fantastic. From the initial visit to the Brentwood showroom to the final hand painted finish. Jonathan did a superb job spending lots of time and meeting with my wife and I on several occasions to make sure we were completely happy with the design. Barry was our installer an exceptional joiner whose work is faultless. Such a skilful man who was a pleasure to have in our home. We then had Matt a really nice guy who came and helped with a few adjustments again a lovely guy. Then yesterday and today Alfie came and hand painted the kitchen to again an exceptional standard and once again a lovely guy who was a pleasure to have in our home. Finally Ian was our Ian West our Field Installation Manager and he also did his outmost to make sure we were happy communication with us throughout. I’m not sure where Tom Howley find their team of people but I can say you couldn’t ask for a nicer team of people and the finished kitchen is nothing but OUTSTANDING! “Our builder introduced us to Danny at Brentwood KAI. Danny, Natalie and Rich have all been great to work with. The team are friendly, responsive and good at problem solving. Danny took time to help me understand Hacker kitchens, including meeting me at the London showroom.
