I was pleasantly surprised with his enthusiasm about his work and he walk me through everything he was doing along with explaining why. So rare. Also help me understand my system and what can I do to improve upon it. All his work was way beyond my expectations and standards. He also shared his knowledge and taught me few self tasks to avoid calling in plumber to do those simple maintenance work. If you have an issue with blockage you can't go wrong with him.
