“I’ve been having treatments with Kai and Abi since moving to Rickmansworth, and I couldn’t recommend them more! Kai has given me pregnancy massages as well as full-body and hot stone massages. She always pinpoints exactly where the pain is and explains how to relieve it beyond just massage. Unfortunately the Doctors Surgery we use always seems to muck something up with the new Electronic Prescription Service and are never helpful in trying to fix their mistakes but the team at Well Pharmacy are great and will contact the Doctors on our behalf and ensure we are able to get the correct medication asap! I really feel they deserve a lot of praise as they seem to be on the front line for a lot of abuse due to mistakes Doctors make and yet are still really kind and caring.”

“I just wanted to update my review as I had a great experience the other day. The lady in there is so amazing. She could see how stressed I was and she offered to ring my doctor for me to sort my issues out and the next day the gentleman working in there called me with an update. They went above and beyond to help me. Staff are always very friendly in here. I usually call first to make sure that my prescription is ready. It is a very popular and busy pharmacy so I would suggest arriving in good time before closing so that you get served. I was once in line when a customer had been told by their doctor that if they popped in they would be given their prescription on the day. Unfortunately for the customer this was not possible as it was right before closing time so I would suggest always calling them before hand even if your GP has said to just pop in.”

“We had someone come and help us out as I am 8 months pregnant and have a toddler so was finding it difficult to find the time and energy. Marie (who took the booking) was really helpful and lovely and the woman who came was incredibly thorough, and also just lovely. She was very mindful of smells and product near me so warned me when she was cleaning near me and was just generally fantastic all round. Highly recommend.”
