“I have been a member of White Oak for over 3 years now and do not plan on changing gym. I mainly go to the morning classes and we have very good experienced instructors in Yoga, kettlebell, Pilates, Zumba, circuit. The centre as a whole is very good although needs more cleaners and maintenance . I cannot comment on the cafe because I do not use it but it's always busy. The staff are lovely especially the ladies at the reception, Scarlet and Demi being some of my favourite. If you want value for money, this centre is probably the best around.”

“I've been using this gym and pool for a few months now, and it’s been a great experience. The gym is clean, well-equipped, and never too crowded. The swimming pool is well-maintained, with clear lane markings and good water temperature. Staff are friendly, and the locker rooms are always tidy. Even the weekends are great for me to take my daughter. Overall, highly recommended for anyone looking to stay fit!”
