She is a brilliant teacher and does this all while keeping the classes organised and running smoothly, seemingly effortlessly! The community is fantastic, full of like-minded people who also want to try something new and make friends along the way, made easier by the fact that you see them every week. There are extra events being run all of the time and so many opportunities to get involved if the weekly class isn’t enough:)”

“I’ve been meaning to visit this studio for a while, but after a bad experience at another one near where I live, I held off. I usually take private lessons because the community in my area isn’t very welcoming or diverse (I don’t live in London). One day after work, I realised this studio is only about 15 minutes from my office in London so I decided to stop by for open pole. I’m so glad I did! I met Akila, who was absolutely the sweetest, and all the girls I met that night were so kind and amazing and inspiring and confident. The whole vibe was so positive and welcoming. The studio is pretty af and so is everyone in it! I’ll definitely try to come back for classes but if not, I’ll be here for open pole for sure!”

“Rhythm & Vibes Dance Co is a WHOLE VIBE @Salsa Temple! By providing multiple different levels for their classes they make it easy to find the right entry point for you and will coach you through the levels as you progress. They also host socials almost every night they run which is really unique to them and allows you to practice and compound what you learn in the lessons which is super valuable. The teachers themselves are both excellent dancers and instructors. The vibes overall is always good humoured, energetic and fun.”

I was very glad that the teacher was able to run the exam smoothly under a lot of pressure, including some false accusation and childish behaviour from a student during the exam. “Really recommend Becky and her team for starting or continuing pole dance. I’ve been to a few pole schools in London and the South East, and haven’t had the same welcoming and community feeling as I have with Becky and team. I joined in Jan 2020 just before the pandemic, so only had a short time before moving online (then back in studio again) but Becky handled the transition so well and made everything as easy as possible. All 4 instructors are so friendly, patient and knowledgeable, coming to BB Pole Studio is my favourite part of my week”

She has absolutely loved doing the shows especially the big shows in a theatre. We love all the teachers and there is nothing they won’t do for you. “Had a fantastic experience with Anna @milky.onion ! Tattoo was a coverup/ rework of a previous tattoo and she came up with a design that was absolutely perfect! Anna spent time making sure I was happy with placement and was so lovely throughout the process! I am so happy with my new tattoo and will definitely be going back to Anna for more!! The studio itself was super clean with the team member at reception being very nice and welcoming! Would definitely recommend Anna & the studio!”

“I have wanted to do dance classes for all of my adult life and always chickened out due to stage fright/anxiety, fear of being judged and under qualified at even “casual” classes. At the start of this year I pulled the trigger and did some taster sessions at Studio K and never looked back. All the instructors and members are so welcoming and friendly. A variety of levels of fitness and body types (which is refreshing, especially in ballet!) and everyone from people who have never danced to seasoned dancers. It has been a wonderful social experience and chance to be able to indulge in a range of dance styles I never thought I’d be able to do in the same place plus a discovery of others (Waacking is life changing). I only wish I had time to go more often! Thank you Studio K - especially Ginger and Sarah who I normally do classes with. Try out the taster sessions - you won’t regret it!”

“I2D is an amazing studio, great venue, very professional, talented (yet fun) teachers and an inspiring atmosphere! I have joined the studio at the start of the year and have been absolutely enjoying it. There is something for everyone - a genuine interest at perfecting the technique and your progress at Latin classes and social Thursday (Latin and ballroom) classes where you can practice in a friendly, warm environment. Maksym is a great teacher, who clearly loves what he does and very passionate about dancing. He is very patient, creative, incredible at explaining the technique and puts effort in making classes useful to everyone. He helps you challenge yourself without feeling discouraged and makes me always look forward to the next class!”

“I've been taking Belly Dancing lessons for half a year, from Marta, Sandra, and Farrah. All three ladies are excellent teachers. They make sure to repeat the moves so you remember and master them over time. As is the case with every dance, practice makes perfect. It's a ladies-only class, students of all ages and walks of life are welcomed. You can progress from one level to the next, as well as sign up for multiple (paid) lessons in the same week, should you wish to practice a little bit more. These belly dancing lessons are my favourite part of the week; they allow me to relax and have fun, providing a welcome relief during a stressful work week.”

We started about a year ago with no experience whatsoever, and under the careful tutoring of the flow dance team through the group classes we’ve already seen such improvement and had a lot of fun. Did the 6 week beginners course and I wasn’t particularly fit beforehand but everyone was so lovely and you build up strength really quickly! My trainer, Jai, was incredibly lovely and encouraging!
