Our dance class was with Wallis who was fabulous! She had an amazing energy which put us all at ease and got us in the mood! She choreographed a fab routine that perfectly suited our mixed-ability/experience group and we all had so much fun. “Beautiful space for dance lessons, particularly for children, very close to Roman road and Victoria Park. Only problem is a 3rd floor and there is no lift, so people with mobility problems will have a hard time. You can rent it for rehearsals, birthday parties and more.”

The amazing variety of dance styles, choreography and routines keep you on your toes whilst giving you an amazing workout. Performing in the annual shows gives you something to work towards, and a huge sense of achievement afterwards, all whilst making amazing memories with a wonderful group of people. Unlike many other dance classes out there, GID doesn't have an elitist vibe or make you feel like an outsider if you're new or a beginner, you instantly feel welcomed and relaxed and the classes are a fun and happy place, the perfect escape from the stresses of everyday life!”
