I am not a big fan of hairdressers generally, I don’t like spending so much time in the salon and I am scared that they won’t understand my expectations and what I would like for my hair. Nothing like this happened with Valerio. I got an amazing baialage exactly like as was expecting it and the blow dry was amazing too! He went through all the steps of the dying process two times to make sure that he was giving me what I wanted, the right shade in the right part of my hair. Adam talked me through the haircut for a good few minutes before starting, explaining different varieties of the style whilst having a great chat about boxing and footie - honestly the best haircut & experience I've ever had. The atmosphere is very relaxed and welcoming. I'd thoroughly recommend Adam and Chaplin's, can't wait for my next trim!”
