“Another great. Pizza night. We've never had a poor Pizza from here, been eating them for quite a few years and they are great at sorting us out for kids parties (Done Pizza for 20 kids with something for everyone). A tip for you all, order direct from the shop and it's called Pizza on Thames so I order Pizza. There is a surcharge, this is new but it's 50 pence, I guess it's cheaper than reprinting the menus; I didn't ask it was 50 pence and there is a big sign in the shop.”

“I had such a fantastic experience at Nimtoh! The food was absolutely delicious – full of authentic flavors and cooked perfectly. The dumplings were fresh and juicy, and the korean fried chickens were some of the best I’ve ever had. Kimchi was second to none. The service was warm, friendly, and attentive, which made the whole visit even more enjoyable. You can tell the team really cares about both the food and their customers. Nimtoh is a real gem – highly recommended!”

“I'm not sure what all of the negative reviews are about; this is my first Japanese BBQ; I didn’t even know that there was such a thing. I've tried several Korean BBQ's and the prices for a similar selection of BBQ items is compatible. When I arrived at around 15:00 on a Sunday, the restaurant was empty; no customers whatsoever, this normally sets off alarm bells but Japanese BBQ... That's got to be experienced. Our waiter was attentive and efficient, he explained the process of the using BBQ, but I have to admit I did have to prompt him to get the information else we would have had more food stuck to the BBQ grill. He stated that a BBQ serving was suitable for an individual; I would agree to that if you didn't want any starters or side dishes. We also added Gyoza and noodles; I think that it was a little too much, I think that a single platter for one is correct if you haven't eaten for a few days. We chose one selection the chefs choice of mixed meats and one selection of seafood; we ate it all but I felt uncomfortably full afterwards; so much for my plan of a "light lunch". I will eat here again as I love Korean BBQ and this is on par with that with the advantage of not having to travel to New Malden.”

“A very nice children playground. There are plenty of activities for children. Children can bring a ball to play with or a scoop to play in the sand. Every family can enter for around 70-90 minutes. And can return for another timeslot, with an hour between play sessions. There's a toilet and also a tap water to drink there.”

“My wife and I loved our Sunday night stay at the Mitre Hotel. What did we like? Wonderful situation on the river. Very friendly and helpful staff. Complimentary and generous glass of wine on arrival. Large, comfortable and quiet room - we were upgraded to The Royal Mews (many thanks for that) - with complimentary coffee, biscuits etc. Excellent breakfast buffet taken in the lovely round room with wonderful views of the Thames. Settle in Sunday is a really great deal. Would we stay at The Mitre again? Like a shot!”

“It's poundland, which is great anyway but there are a few staff who go beyond the call of duty. There's a chap called Simon who is especially helpful - nothing is too much, he's observant - preempting needs of the customers and gives the impression that he loves what he does. Thank you so much!”

“Maria did our wedding flowers and they were just stunning. I had a vague idea of the kind of ‘look’ I wanted and what sort of colours but I couldn’t articulate it or imagine it and felt my ‘brain dump’ to Maria must have been nothing but completely confusing. I shouldn’t have worried - Maria managed to bring to life for us an aesthetic I could never have described. It was stunning. She ‘got’ exactly what sort of look I was after and when I saw everything on the day, I couldn’t believe my eyes. Everyone spoke about the flowers and how pretty they were. I never put my bouquet down until it was time to dance because it was just so lovely. A brilliant wedding florist - so talented but also a lovely person who takes all the stress away for you and delivers stunning results. Wouldn’t hesitate to highly recommend her.”
