I arrived at their doorstep with the need for a brides bouquet, matching boutonnieres for the groom and his mother and an additional set of boutonnieres for the witnesses for a 25th anniversary marriage renewal ceremony that I have been asked to officiate. Not only were they able to gently guide me in what might work best in this type of situation, they were also able to deliver in about three hours time! The ‘newly renewed’ bride and groom were thrilled.”

“About to get our new kitchen from here and I must say from all kitchen Shops in Sevenoaks, this one is the friendliest and most accommodating. Tilly the Shop Manager has assisted us through the past 3months and was more than happy to adjust and readjust and re-readjust our designs, as you know, tastes change not just once. Great location as well, as it sits right behind bligh s car park. Thumbs up, highly recommended!”

“What an amazing dining experience! Even with the restaurant bustling with large groups, the staff remained friendly and attentive. Oleh took excellent care of our table! Nice selection of drinks to choose from. The food arrived steaming hot. We started with Garlic Bread and Roasted Aubergine ‘Meatballs,’ which complemented each other beautifully. The Vegan Rainbow Lasagne was absolutely divine, boasting a rich sauce and bursting with flavour. It truly excelled in both taste and presentation! The Vegan Lentil Ragu was bursting with flavour and very tasty! For dessert, we enjoyed the Raspberry Collins Cheesecake and Strawberry Sorbet, both of which were vegan delights.”

“Back sooner than I thought, once again on a motorcycle, a familiar face Liz was on reception and proceeded to greet me by name, extremely polite, helpful and friendly, I went straight to my clean and spacious room and then onto the health suite. Food was really nice again, my second night was equally as pleasant, there was a private party on and very busy, restaurant staff were very accommodating and made sure I was catered for. All in all another lovely experience with Holiday inn, I’m back again in January so no guesses where I will be staying.”

“Kutchenhaus undertook our kitchen, utility and pantry. From start to finish, nothing was too much trouble. The choice of finishes was vast, the quality of the furniture is top class and the design was spot on. The installers were all super accommodating, despite a few niggles that nobody anticipated, they just dealt with them. The kitchen has really made the house, but I am secretly in awe of our new utility space. Thank you to Matt and the team, we have already recommended our friends.”

“I have moved into a new house that had their worktops. They are great quality and look amazing, but unfortunately I have had to remove a piece due to rewiring in my kitchen. I rang them up to get some advice on how to remove them without damaging. They were very helpful and although they did not have to.. spoke to me at length on the best method. I have managed to take them off without damaging and I can't thank them enough.”

“Great food here, definitely a cut above the average. We had the sea bass in coconut and lime - excellent -, the „lorry drivers‘“ lamb shank, a chicken dish and channa (spiced up), with pullau and mushroom rice. All very tasty with generous and fresh spices, good portion and imho decently priced. Smiling and attentive service and public parking round the corner. Definitely recommended!”

“Lovely little cafe just off the high street by the bus station. Had delicious liver and grilled tomatoes - don’t eat bacon so they were very happy to replace this with the toms. Chips delicious as were the sausage sandwiches. Super friendly staff. Great value too. Cash only but there are plenty of atms around. Fed up with the same old overpriced coffee chain food? A trip here is perfect”

“We popped in to look at some soft furnishings after previously visiting and having a very happy experience about two years ago.. So thinking we’d have a look about which we did only for the staff to recognise us (from 2 years previously) and be aware of what we had purchased and where we were from.. absolutely outstanding service, the owner should be very very happy with his staff. The service we always receive is second to none. So to be recognised from a previous purchase is fantastic.. Btw the furniture we purchased is still as new… So no need to go to the big furniture companies and be a number, just visit The London Road Furniture Company and feel as an individual and very valued.. “Very nice change to the usual food places in Sevenoaks, and it's not often outside of London you get South American food in my experience. Tried the Arepa Pabellón which consists of shredded beef, black beans, plantain, and grated cheese, in corn bread. Apparently the most popular Arepa that people get. For £10.50 I definitely think it's worth it, as the flavour was excellent and it was jammed full of ingredients! My photography doesn't do it justice! The lady that served me was friendly and music was playing while my food was being prepared. I will definitely be back!”

“Hired the place out for my 40th party last weekend and had a blast. I paid extra for a late license which takes music up to about 12, but means you don’t have to exit until around 1 - highly recommend for a bit of flexibility. Price is really reasonable for hire, but also the drinks & food are too. The food was fab, I even brought home some for the next day and it was super tasty. Everyone who attended had a fab time and the staff there on the evening couldn’t do enough to make it a special night! I know family who are local will look to use the venue again.”

“The Oasis has a lovely quiet village cafe feel to it, and has an interesting collection of Showmen and fairground memorabilia, which made it an interesting place to enjoy a meal. My wife and I had a couple of the fried breakfasts, that were cooked very well, with great tasting ingredients, and served by very friendly and happy staff. I'll be visiting this one again.”
