“Is this the future of the British pub? I hope so! It's hard to find such a huge collection of ales and ciders anywhere in the UK. It's quite spacious for a 'micro', with plenty of seating and standing room. Very handy for Hornchurch FC on match days. Excellent!”

“I visited the Jobbers rest for the first time yesterday and was blown away with the quality of the food. I can probably say that was the best roast dinner I’ve had from anywhere. I had the beef which just melted in your mouth the roast potatoes were crispy and cauliflower cheese was included in the dinner. I also thought it was great value for money for what I received. They had a wide variety of drinks the wine I had was delicious. The waiting staff were good. On the whole a really pleasant experience and would definitely recommend.”

“We stayed for a wedding. The venue is stunning. Set in beautiful gardens, the rooms are placed around the main gardens. The food served after the ceremony was delicious. The 'barn' is gorgeous. The rooms are very clean, fresh linen and towels. Decor is lovely. The room had tea/coffee, a hairdryer and a TV. There was hand soap and shower gel in the bathroom dispensers. Walk in shower. Breakfast service was slow in the morning but it looked as though there were only 3 staff on, they were lovely and the food was nice. To improve I think they could leave bottled water in the room and a spare toilet roll.”

“I had mixed feelings about coming to the restaurant as the reviews wasn't great. I was so pleasantly surprised. On entering we were welcomed with the lovely host, who was friendly and showed us to our table. She explained the menu to us. There were 16 of us so i was worried about the quality of the food. No need!! The food was hot, fresh and delicious! I can't rate this place enough. When I didn't know what a dish was, the host came over and explained perfectly. She was lovely. We tried things that we wouldn't usually, and every single thing we had was cooked beautifully. I will definitely be back. Friendly, fun, and above all tasty!
