After listening to my problem, she asked me some lifestyle questions to get an idea of what may be making my issue worse that might not have been thought of before. She then explained that she focuses not only on treating the issue, but trying to ensure it doesn't happen again. She made connections between my issue and general things I do that might be exacerbating the problem, that I had considered. On top of treatment during our session and exercises to complete at home, she also suggested some small changes that would prevent the issue returning. After following her advice, I was greatly improved by our next session. I also found Katy to be easy to talk to, as she made the environment as comfortable as possible for me. “Great experience. My 18x50 binos came with a loose focuser wheel from the factory. I debated for some time about sending them back in, but decided it best incase of further wear/damage. Very reasonable turnaround time and really good repair, cant have been easy peeling back the waterproofing and reapplying it so well again. No quibbles over warranty repair either. Next day return postage (even though I only specified standard). Lenses were super flawless of dust. Thanks again”

Matthew, at Fastlane, promised I would receive updates every three days as to the progress being made to repair my vehicle; this duly happened.
