As expected afrer I dropped off my car I was given a list of what I needed to have done and what would be nice for me to decide how much I wanted to sign off. In short the engine had serious faults, which BMERC methodically took the time to diagnose one part at a time, ie rather than change a whole bunch of parts and not solve the issue. “Paul is your guy for a DSG gearbox. I have my Golf DSG diagnosed and have the Dual clutches replace with London Automatics. Price is reasonable. Paul is straight to the point and responsive throughout the process with photos and video during our conversation. He will make you feel that replace a gearbox (or part of it) is like replacing a brakepads or any other part. Car part has their own age. Also responsible with any issue arise. Thanks Paul.”
