I was sent video updates during the work and I was able to pick the car up in the afternoon. I only came across MCR via the reviews and I must say Matt's experience and knowledge was comforting in knowing my car was in good hands. “I am a senior citizen and I want to show my gratitude by thanking the cab driver who brought me from Nortth London to Gatwick Airport early Wednesday morning 10/12/25. Driver was on time, polite and very professional. His driving was excellent - did not speed. At the Airport, he went beyond the call of duty by helping me to look for (which took some time as there were no trollies close by - very unusual for a major Airport) bring, and helped me to load my luggage on the trolley. I was really pleasantly surprised and grateful for his service. Not many cab/uber drivers do that these days.”

“It was so easy to book in for a free health check on my battery and I was seen earlier than my appointment time ! Dave gave me a diagnostic print out as soon as he had tested the battery and explained everything clearly. He even asked to listen to my car start up to make sure there was no delay in that which all reassured me. He gave me advice about recharging my battery and how to get my intermittent fault sign checked at any garage. I was very pleased with the efficient and helpful service from Dave and would highly recommend Halfords for car check.”
