“I purchased bedroom furniture on a Wednesday afternoon (I'd originally seen the furniture I wanted on a different site but found it cheaper here when I did a google search which is how I found them), and it had arrived and been built before lunchtime on the Thursday. The staff I dealt with on the phone were really helpful, and the delivery men who built the furniture were prompt, efficient, tidy and polite. They both wore masks to without my asking them to. I would definitely order from this company again. Thank you!”

“Koz Ocakbasi offers an exceptional Turkish culinary experience that left me thoroughly impressed. The food was simply amazing, beautifully presented and bursting with authentic flavors. The meat dishes, including the ribs and mixed grill, were absolutely outstanding - cooked to perfection and full of deliciousness. The calamari was a delightful surprise, large and flavorful, and the bread was irresistibly good. One standout dish was the Lamb Beyti, which was nothing short of amazing. The tomato sauce that accompanied the dishes was a true culinary delight. The overall dining experience at Koz Ocakbasi was one to remember, with each dish leaving me wanting more. If you're looking for fantastic Turkish cuisine that impresses with every bite, Koz Ocakbasi is a must-visit. I will definitely be returning to savor more of their incredible food and experience the delightful flavors all over again!”

“I went there with my friend for lunch, a lot of choices on the menu and they also have a kids menu. Reasonable prices, clean and friendly staffs. A lot of sitting area, we were there with two buggies and we did have enough space to move around.”

“We had three short stays over a three week period ranging from 5, 3 and 2 nights. The staff, despite always being busy, were very friendly and helpful. Room 110 was small but okay for a couple of nights, just be careful that the shower desn't overflow onto the bathroom floor (the other two rooms had over-bath showers), room 101 was the smallest so maybe better for just an overnighter, room 111 was larger and therefore more comfortable. We had no issues with noise All of the staff, from the bar and restaurant, kitchen and room service were really friendly, helpful and professional. I really appreciated the historical photographs displated throughout the hotel and pub, linking the hotel to the area at the time around WW2 and to the local RAF base at Northolt. The dining room is the former dance hall, you can really imagine how it might have been back in the 1940's. The meals were great value, it was nice to be able to head downstairs early (Breakfast served from 07:00), grab your free coffee and then order brekkie online to your table. As mentioned previously, apart from one slightly sultry guy, everyone was very friendly and, at times, it was very busy in there. This was an ideal location for us, an easy drive from Heathrow and close to the people and places that we wanted to visit. We were very happy with the value, for a London hotel.”

“A typically large store... Nice to see staff visible on the shopfloor for general help. Sometimes you need a deep look around to find bargains and interesting things. Self service tills are OK, until you need a staff member, this really hampered our trip A very successful visit today. I would say that some things appear too expensive for what they are here, I just don't buy those things!”

“Visited this place to try out the food and was blown away by this little unassuming spot. The food featured Sri Lankan styled menu with and explosion of taste and authenticity. I didn’t stay in the hotel so can’t rate the hotel but the food! OMG! It was amazing! I’m just annoyed that my belly couldn’t take in anymore. Food was buffet styled and there was a reasonably stocked bar. I can happily say that I would remember this place and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the food.”

“Sofa & More was one of that rare amazing companies I've dealt with in a long time. I recently ordered 10 pieces of bespoke furniture from them for my new flat. From start to finish, it was an absolute pleasure dealing with them. Sales assistants were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They helped guide us with our designs and materials with their competent in-house designers, including with home visits. But what was most amazing was their 'can do attitude' where almost nothing was impossible. As a result, they produced a unique collection of furniture to our exact requirement in the highest possible quality and comfort. Price was very reasonable considering the high end quality workmanship. This sort of company stands apart from the usual high street furniture companies where little imagination and flexibility are found. Highly recommended.”
