“Amazing place for under 5s. Lots of outdoor space and really well set up for children to explore and play. Staff is lovely and well trained for child-led play. Developmentally, my kids have hit so many milestones thanks to playgroups here and I have grown as well as a parent joining in to play with them.”

“Bruce’s is the best thing that happened for my pooch. As a single parent and a travel ridden job I was worried, post covid, about the experience I will give my young Lab, Loki. These guys are a part of Lokis extended family. Dog loving carers, plentiful of space for the pooches to engage meaningfully, care and safety taken care of on top of daily updates on pick up and drops. “Vanessa has been walking Kasey my Yorkshire Terrier over the last 2 months as I've started working long hours. Using Vanessa and her services has been one of the best decisions we have made. Kasey is a very high energy dog and occasionally will pee or will destroy things around the house if she hasn't been properly tired out. This is where Vanessa has been amazing! We initially were worried that Kasey wouldn't get on well with someone else walking her but Vanessa has built an amazing bond with her over a few weeks that now Kasey cannot leave her alone! Kasey always comes back extremely tired which is perfect because this means she is much calmer and will sleep throughout the day until we get home. There has been times where I've needed Vanessa last minute and she has been unbelievably accomodating. I would HIGHLY recommend her to all and any pet parents!”

“Interesting polarisation of past reviews but I have to take as I find. I was only looking for advice and was upfront about the reason when I popped by. The shop manager was extremely helpful and spent a good 20-25 minutes taking me through all the complications of raw dog food. As a new owner I had some pretty dumb questions but I didnt get the sense at anytime that I had outstayed my welcome. The Owner clearly had a depth of experience (with dogs at least) and was happy to guide me. I would be surprised if you get that level of service in Pets at Home etc but it is a relatively small shop, heavily stocked so if room to push your shopping trolley is a priority, its possibly not the shop for you?”

“We have taken all of our three Wolfhounds to Beth who all absolutely loved her. She has (and is with our latest - No 3 Dexter) so caring and professional. Even her greeting to us humans is always with a smile. Considering we have had large dogs, this has never been an issue with Beth, on the contrary, she is so relaxed and confident with them. They have all come out looking and smelling lovely. We would recommend Beth 100% - even after moving out of the area, we are more than happy to travel 45 minutes for her expert service.
