The guys are great and responsive when organising days for the week and I trust them 100% to look after Bailey as I return to the office. Being in the group has helped him hugely and increased his socialisation with other dogs which has been really great. Emilie has always been reliable and accommodating if we have any special requests. She is extremely focused on all the dogs' welfare, making adjustments in hot and cold weather conditions and ensuring that the group of dogs is happy and well balanced. She always goes above and beyond and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her services to other dog lovers!”

I feel extremely comfortable with Archie going for walks and trust the team fully. They are very flexible and support my busy and changing schedule Ricardo, Silvana and team helped me to train Archie from when he was a puppy and continually provide me with help and tips to top up his training or manage specific issues. This is the first daycare where I've felt 100% comfortable and able to truly trust my dog's care. The difference they've made to Jeff is remarkable. He was destructive and frustrated at previous daycares, but the structured environment and enrichment activities here have transformed him. He's now so much more confident and content at home too. “We have used the Puppy Pad now a couple of times for our pup for when we are away. After only having him a short while before our first holiday, we were super nervous about him going but Nicole made me feel at ease straight away. I had absolutely nothing to worry about, he loved it and is a true home from home for him. We are kept uptodate of what they are up to and the activities Nicole does with them is brilliant! He is so sad once he gets home as he has had so much fun with Nicole and the rest of the Puppy Pad!
