Very kind staff members and good communication. I love their interaction in Instagram where I found it the easiest to get in contact. They do a nice hot chocolate and cappuccino. “Firstly I'd like to mention Shakshi. She is an absolute gem and lovely person. Since we've being dinning at Social Dhaba, which is now several years, she's been there and is an asset to the establishment. Her level of service, warmth and attention to detail is exemplar and makes our experience so much better. The food here is always on point. Perfectly balanced flavours and ever never had a dish that we've not enjoyed. We get a real variety of dishes from the menu, including the mix grill, salmon, basil paneer, avocado chat, garlic prawns, tardka dhal and some naans and breads. However, the best dish has to be the Handi Chicken curry. It's just amazing and a defo must. From the desserts, you have a selection of the classics, all of them fantastic so you can't go wrong. This place is regular for me and is always a place I recommend to others and take family and friend's to when in need for a really good Indian.”

“I was visiting on a very sunny day and the tea shop was not busy on arrival (around 10.30). By the time I had walked around the gardens, it was lunchtime, and the cafe was busy. The food was excellent and reasonably priced. The cake was delicious. The gardens are beautiful, and there is plenty of space for either a short walk or a longer one.”

“We wanted a vegan breakfast - and they do one here. It's £2.50!!! Tell me, what meal can you get served on a plate that costs £2.50??? And you know what, it was pretty good. We sat outside on the lovely garden, enjoying the sunshine. The staff are so nice and friendly, you'd think they are getting paid a lot more than min -wage. I'm not sure if they are. Leave a tip...”

“What an amazing shop where do I start?! First of all the lovely baked goods; baguettes, pastries, Turkish simit and turnovers are a wonderful way to start the morning. This is the only store in the area where I can find well priced blood oranges and figs which is rare this time of year. Also the butcher has a wonderful array of meats to choose from that are high quality and well sourced. Will definitely come back!”
