“I really appreciated our hostess/waitress looking after us. This was more of a small family restaurant you would find in Italy or the Balkans where the menu is verbally told and some things were simply not ready at the time we arrived. However, having had the soup and burek we were both very happy with how delicious it was. Unlike a lot of London restaurants the food was more like how my serbian grandma used to make, warm and filling. Thanks for having us and we will be back again soon.”

We just stopped here for a quick coffee and it was so good, the espresso is really easy drinking and BIG, if you want a decent sized espresso this is the place to go! “5 stars are just not enough for the food and services we received in GIA. Would have given them 10 stars if Google allows! We lived in Dalston for our stay in London and found GIA accidentally. We went there twice during our stay and both the English and Mediterranean breakfast we had were absolutely amazing! Everything was fresh and all the food on the dishes (even the honey that they make it themselves) were so delicious that we still want to head back for their breakfast even after we moved out from Dalston! The waiter there was very nice and considerate and it’s definitely a very pleasant experience to have our start of the day there! Highly recommend this place to anyone!”

The bun was super soft, perfectly sweet, and had a rich pistachio flavor that made it really unique. The balance between pistachio cream and bun was just unbelievable . Trust me it’s something special especially with their ginger tea on a freezing days.”

The hosts were incredibly helpful when we encountered a small issue with the gate and quickly resolved it, ensuring our stay was seamless. We highly recommend Grace’s home to anyone looking for a stylish, comfortable, and well-equipped place to stay. We’ll definitely be back!”

“Fantastic concept. Essentially an artisan off-licence which also operates as a bar. It’s stylish, friendly, spacious and stocked with a great range of homemade bottled cocktails and home brand gins in different sizes. We bought a small bottle of the grapefruit gin and he served it with some Mediterranean Fevertree Tonic, garnished with a grapefruit slice. He also sells some locally sourced antipasti options which looked fabulous.”
