“As new parents we had the usual worries of having our child leave the home environs to start spending time at a nursery and pre-school. From questions about how settling in would happen, eating, drinking water, to physical safety and provision of attentive care and learning. We are pleased to share with parents looking to use a nursery and pre-school in the Pinner / Eastcote area that our experience and our kiddos experience has been wonderful. Our child joined the class for smaller children (Fawns) and then moved on to the class for bigger children (Cubs). All over the nursery, the staff have shown great responsibility in providing individualized care, guidance and have been attentive to our requests (almost daily) for looking after the well being of our little one when under their supervision. The staff from the head teacher to the teaching staff, assistants and support staff have shown great gentleness in handling all matter of things that can occur with a little 3 year old. They have observed our child's development needs and have been in constant conversation about these as out child has moved along. Observations of personality, abilities to follow instructions, manage independently have all been addressed. Last but not the least they have made learning fun covering all areas of the Early Years curriculum. As a result our child has blossomed at Cheeky Chums emerging from it more mature, independent and confident. I'd hand down recommend this nursery and pre-school to any new parents looking to use one local to Pinner / Eastcote. Well done team Cheeky Chums and a huge heartfelt Thank you from us parents! “My son started Abbey Wood Grange Day Nursery at 8 months old, i was so nervous when I first started looking for nursery’s, so I could plan to return back to work. I viewed so many nursery’s in the area, Abbey Wood Grange day nursery had something over them all, for me it was the attention to detail & care from staff. On my viewing with Lisa she was so welcoming, enthusiastic and had a real sense of care. lisa knew all the children’s names when we entered the rooms. Staff was all friendly an engaged with all the children. Staff are all so friendly & welcoming, my son settled in really quickly and formed great bonds. He really loves being at nursery and gets all excited when we arrive. I get regular updates daily in his book from the day & updates on the tapestry app showing observations & his development. I honestly couldn't be more happier with the level of service from the nursery & staff at abbey wood. I know his well looked after, It really is a lovely nursery. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting to put their baby or child into a nursery.”

“My son has been going to this nursery for a few months now, I was very scared and worried before he started as he'd always been with me only for 14 months but they made him feel like at home, he's been happy and cheerful everyday he went in, he's having fun and everyone has such a care with him and his needs. They are very patient with my requests and they are very thoughtful in sending me pictures and updating me, when I leave him crying they reassure me with pictures that he's well and having a good day. They update the app regularly so I can easily track how much he eats and sleep as well as giving me a thorough handover at pick up. They also make regular observations and reports tracking his development, as much as he was ready to walk, it took him going into nursery and seeing the other kids to give him the courage to take his first steps. Every single person has been fantastic and I'm very happy and grateful for everyone taking care of my little boy but I want to give a special thanks to his room leader Jade for the care she puts into taking care of him and the other children as well.”

“The most wonderful nursery! Our little boy has developed and learnt so much there. He absolutely loves going to nursery. They love and care for the children so well. He blows them kisses goodbye at pick up. I completely trust them and appreciate all their hard work. I could go on and on. The main thing I’ll say is that I HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND Kindred. “My son is 22 months old and he hasn’t settled well in a few nursery’s I’ve taken him in the past few months. He has settled in Over the rainbow so well that I’m in shock and not only that but just in a few days he’s seems to have better interaction with us and wants to play at home more and is very joyful. I’m so glad I found this nursery. The staff is what makes this nursery .. it’s not a fantastic location but the activity’s and the staff are unbelievable and just so easy going, informative, gentle and reassuring. I’m very thankful and can’t wait to see my son blossom as I know he’s in the best care. Honestly this nursery is brilliant. Servete is my sons key worker and she’s so lovely. But every staff member there is just fantastic.”

“CurioCity is the perfect place for our little daughter. We were quite concerned starting her at six months of age but the nursery staff put us so much at ease from the very beginning. The bond that the teachers share with the children in the baby room is so heartwarming and reassuring. Our daughter absolutely loves going there and gets very excited every day at drop-off. The children get exposed to many different experiences and the teachers are led by each child’s impulse & interests. What this nursery offers every day would be impossible to duplicate at home: different crafts, music, reading, muddy outdoor time (in the NEW garden area or the park), taking their nap outdoors when the weather allows in the summer months - all embedded in a comforting daily routine. My wife and I are completely in love with this nursery. The daily updates we receive on our daughter‘s development (including pictures and videos) are so precious to us! And the food they offer the little ones is AMAZING!!”

“We have nearly four years experience with Archway Children's Centre (our one year old is in the Baby room and our four year old - at the nursery since she was 10 months old - is now in the Pre-School room). We only have positive things to say and frequently thank our lucky stars such high quality childcare was available to us. The facilities are fantastic but more importantly, the management and staff are amazing. Warm and respectful of each other and the children, but also extremely professional. They combine care, attention and affection for the children with remarkably creative ideas for educating and entertaining them. Our children love it and we feel they are in the best hands.”

“My child has been attending Willow Nursery for over a year now and I have nothing but praise for this establishment. Thanks to the dedicated Baby Room manager and the staff who all work tirelessly to take care of all the children, my son has developed so much. My child was referred to external NHS departments such as Speech and Language, the Childhood Development Centre and Audiology when it was felt that he may need more support and that was as a result of the close work the Baby Room manager and SENCO manager had done with him. The nursery has fantastic resources and equipment such as a sensory room, SEN trained staff, a large playground, toys and books. Honestly, I visited a number of nurseries in the local area and none of them compared. The nursery is diverse as both the children and staff are of different cultures and raves and this is regularly celebrated. Overall, I can say I am extremely happy with Willow Nursery they take very good care of the children, keep parents and families involved and informed in everything they do and there is a real community feel about it. Well done Willow Nursery!!!”

“Kingswood Day Nursery is absolutely amazing. From the moment we joined, the staff have been warm, welcoming, and incredibly caring. You can feel how much love and dedication they pour into everything they do. My toddler has grown in confidence, development and happiness since starting there, and it is such a joy to see. They have been spectacular with my son—so patient, nurturing, and full of energy. They really understand how to support him through these important early stages, from encouraging his speech and social skills to helping him feel secure and confident in his daily routine. He’s always excited to go in and comes home with the biggest smile, which says it all. The nursery creates a fun, safe, and nurturing environment where every child is treated with kindness and respect. The staff truly take the time to get to know each child and support them in the best way possible. It is clear they are passionate about what they do, and it makes such a difference. “My husband and I have both been thrilled with the care provided by the nursery to both our sons since we enrolled our eldest in June 2021. The care provided by the setting is, in our opinion, outstanding. They feel at home in the nursery and that is all down to the love, care and engagement provided by the staff to the children, which is abundant. When discussing the boys with any member of staff, it is evidently clear they know our children well - they know their likes and dislikes, they embrace their personalities and they provide a learning environment in which their individuality can flourish. “I can’t thank Alina enough for the incredible work she has done with my daughter. Her ability to create a calm and supportive environment helped ease the anxiety my daughter had around swimming. Alina has so much patience and understanding. As a parent of special needs child. Finding someone who understands and alleviates their anxiety was challenging. Alina did this with such patience, kindness and professionalism. Her calm approach made my daughter feel comfortable and also built her confidence in the water. “Bowes Park is a really lovely nursery. All the staff are wonderful and treat the children with love and respect. It is really well managed and parents are kept constantly informed about the children’s progress. We were so happy to find Bowes Park after a negative experience at a different nursery, it is a very happy place and I would definitely recommend it to any parents looking for a great nursery.”

“My daughter has been at The Pickford since she was 9 months old and I honestly couldn’t recommend it enough! All of the staff have been fantastic and my daughter loves going to nursery. They’ve helped my husband and I as first time parents to understand the different milestones, set realistic goals and handle dealing with tantrums! The nursery has such a wonderful family feel to it and has helped my daughter gain skills, confidence and make fantastic friends (with the other children and staff!). A great, welcoming environment and I am so happy and comfortable sending my child in everyday. We could not recommend enough!!”

“My daughter has been attending little cubs for over 6 months and she loves it. She seems very happy and I’m really pleased with how much effort the staff clearly put into activities and keeping the classes entertained! They offer opportunities for parents and grandparents to visit and read books which I have really enjoyed as I get to meet the whole class! They do evening online classes for parents to learn about sleep and food from specialists. My daughter seems to love the food and eats all sorts of things she doesn’t try at home so I’m pleased she is getting that variety. The staff spend a good amount of time with you at the end of the day letting you know all about your child’s day which I really appreciate. Overall just a fantastic experience.”

“So my son has been going here for nearly a year now and I can honestly say this is a really good Nursery. The front office staff are incredibly helpful and very polite and welcoming and very understanding. As for my son's class there have been amazing he loves to go there he's learning a lot. They helped us with his toilet training, and he was out of nappies in next to no time. I was expecting it to be very hard and difficult, but we did what they advised, and within a week he was out of nappies. Genuinely, if you're looking for a really good nursery, I would highly recommend you just go there for yourself. Have a look around, speak to them, and I'm sure you'll place your little one there.”

“This Busy Bees is absolutely outstanding. Our kids are so, so happy when they go and their development has been clear for everyone to see. The communication from the nursery is brilliant, even on weekends and out of hours and we firmly believe that they care for our children really well. The best thing about the place is that despite anything that may be happening at the time, the staff always approach the kids with a smile on their face and the staff give us such a lovely, warm feeling and one which entices us to bring our children there.
