“I've been to many Jewsons over the years, this was my first visit to this particular branch and I have to say I was very impressed. There was plenty of parking, all of the staff were extremely helpful, there appeared to be plenty of stock available and although they didn't have what I was after the guy behind the desk rang another branch an found what I needed which was also nearer to the intended jobsite. “I've been coming here since I moved to the area in September and there is nowhere else I use now for my lash lifts. I have very straight thick lashes and the ladies at strands are the first to be able to give me a lash lift that stays with me for at least 4 weeks without my lashes falling out. They are so warm and welcoming and I feel so comfortable in their salon. I had my first pedicure from them today and it was incredible, they took such care and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. They are well priced and have never failed to give me a 10/10 treatment and service. Very happily recommend them to anybody”

“Very reliable luxury chauffeur company. All the drivers are absolutely very helpful and polite. Working with them since few years ago and we were never disappointed. They have all size cars (from 2pax cars to big family cars) and luxury automobile as well. They never decline your booking and divers allways come on time (even 15/20mins earlier than supposed). I would definately recomand them especially if you work in a hotel with vip guest and tend to do lots of bookings like I do. The owner even does vip jobs where he would personally meet and greet the guests at the airport or do their tax refund which is very handy. 5* people .. recomand them 100%”

“Stayed 1 night following an in house party. We had asked for a twin room and were assured our allocated room was a twin. It wasn't but as we were only staying 1 night didn't want to make a fuss. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay. Hotel is modern, well decorated and modern. The rooms are well appointed with hair dryer and safe available. Breakfast was lovely with variations to the menu no trouble at all. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.”

“I went into Boots recently and was very happy with the service I received. I went to Boots opticians as I broke my glasses whilst on holiday and needed to order some more. I didn't have an appt but they kindly squeezed me in even though they were very busy. I spoke to Nusrat and she was very helpful and I manged to order my glasses. “From the initial contact with Charles Hope Apartments months ago we were fortunate enough to be put in touch with Sharon Wood, who is not only proactive and conscientious, her communication skills are second to none and she has made the entire experience a breeze and continues to do so – nothing at all is an issue and she cannot do enough to ensure every need is met and that the service is flawless and never fails to go the extra mile. Having now stayed at Southampton, Staines and currently Heathrow North / Hounslow East. The apartments at every location have been superb, well equipped, modern, clean and spacious – you really could not ask for more. The property’s are secure and access fully supported by a reception and/or concierge to assist if necessary. Parking is available both securely and for oversized vehicles such as mine, bays are allocated in very close proximity to the apartments. The latest stay at Heathrow North / Hounslow East is yet another example of the first class standard offered both in terms of booking and accommodation provided. They have all been very centrally located, close to local supermarkets, restaurants (post lockdown) very spacious, modern, clean and the facilities within the apartment have been well thought out to ensure that your part in the process is to just turn up with your personal belongings. All necessary information is always placed at key points within the apartment to avoid constant calls in search of codes, instructions etc., and if prior instructions are required these will have been emailed over to you before you arrive. We would not hesitate to recommend these apartments and will continue to use them – I can only hope that you are as fortunate as us to have Sharon Wood as your point of contact. Absolutely fantantic”

“Tom the manager was incredibly helpful. Told me about a promotion they had on where you get a free hot drink when you buy anything in store. Was also mega helpful when I was getting flustered with the self service tills however he was extremely helpful and kind. Also the shop is well stocked tidy and from the few experiences I have had going there staff have been polite professional. The customer service is second to non.”
