“I upgraded to an annual membership as you cannot do the zoo justice in just one visit. Well maintained enclosures with happy looking animals. Information and knowledgeable staff on hand everywhere and very pleased to interact with visitors. Breeding programs in evidence for the rare creatures too. Very educational for youngsters, although in all honesty I go during the week when less children are about. Favourite enclosures, Butterflies, Reptiles, tropical birds and rainforest. (Some of which are open enclosures so you are up close and personal with the animals) Restaurant available on site although I didn't love it. Gift shop good for a souvenir or two.”

My kids love going to nursery and it’s such a relief to see them so happy and excited each day. “HKF is a really fantastic nursery. We had two children who went there, and the staff really got to know them and supported their unique personalities. The nursery has a lovely garden that the children use all the time for outdoor learning and exploring. Monika, the owner and manager, is in every day and knows all the children, which is really reassuring. There’s always plenty going on with lots of activities, but the kids also get time to chill out when they need it. What really stood out for us was how great the staff are at helping children understand and manage their emotions, teaching kindness, and letting them grow in their own way. We honestly couldn’t recommend HKF more!”
