“Honestly can not say enough good things about this nursery. My son has additional needs which made us very concerned when choosing a setting. The entire team have been fantastic with him and helped him progress. The communication from staff to parents on children’s welfare and updates is great and I couldn’t imagine my son ever going to another setting. “After a frightening experience and sudden emergency situation,my friend was taken to Watford General Hospital. Their care and aftercare wad amazing and we are so grateful,but their Blood Clinic needs sorting out! After having been sent there for an URGENT! blood test....his name was 1 minute at the top of the screen then the next minute at the bottom and 30 mins was nearly up! He wasn't well and was getting stressed,one lady receptionist was fairly pleasant,but one male wasn't....so l give the hospital 5 stars but the Blood Clinic 2!”

“I’ve had conversations on the phone and in person with a number of different staff since my daughter has started full time in Nov 2024. I have been really impressed with them all and the quality of communication I’ve received. It’s always so hard leaving your baby with strangers and I speak from experience of 3 different well-established nurseries (2 of which were rated Outstanding by Ofsted) that my elder child had been at. The experience so far with Boys & Girls Croxley has been really good. The updates via the Blossom app are prompt throughout the day helping me keep up with my daughter’s experience and reassuring me about her wellbeing. The photos and well thought-out daily activities cover a real breadth of topics and developmental opportunities and I’m seeing the positive changes in her as a result. When she has been unfortunate enough to have little accidents or difficulty falling asleep or being upset, the staff have kept me informed and personalised their response to her by calling and making me aware of all the things they have tried and asking if there is anything else they might be able to do to help her feel more comfortable. She has settled in really well and I would highly recommend this nursery to Others based on my experience so far.”

My daughter is with the company for 18 months and has progressed so much in that time in terms of confidence and has developed a deep appreciation for musical theatre. “I cannot thank Eva enough for her amazing dog walking service, my little whippet Huxley was absolutely obsessed with her and was always the happiest, most excited boy whenever he saw her. Eva clearly loves what she does very much and that is apparent in the care she takes of each doggo, I always felt safe in the knowledge that my boi was well looked after and having an amazing time on his walkies. “I sent my daughter to Supersteps. It was her first experience at nursery. I am really happy with the staff and how they managed various situations. My daughter struggled at first because being away from her parents was very new to her. However, the staff was exceptional especially her key worker Yana. My daughter adjusted very well. The nursery is very flexible with the times that I sent my daughter so it worked very well for my life style. Thanks a lot Amir for having my daughter on board on such short notice. “Large playground with something to suit all ages. Does get very busy during holidays but it’s easily accessible in the park with a small steam train next door one side and a splash park the other. Also there is a nice and friendly cafe next to the park with hot or cold food.”

“I like the place, is very simple but very efficient. Teachers and parent looks all very nice people. Twice I forgot my children’s swimming stuff and the staff always helped to make my children feel comfortable. My children has been enjoying the lessons and the pool, and the fact that they are improving so much gave them a lot of confident. The teacher have an amazing ability to get the children’s attention, something that I never found in other swimming courses.”

From social development to academic development, my daughter has made excellent progress in her learning and social skills . Their attention to detail is next to none and they really do keep track of all activities/events each day to report to you on email and collection of your child. The freshly made nutritious meals are just another bonus. The staff are warm, friendly and approachable and my daughter is happy to see them when I drop her off and I know that she’s had a good day when I collect her as she chats about what she’s been up to. She has thrived since starting Tinkys and made special bonds with her peers and care givers .
