“Romaine carried out a whole range of different works to my property, first fix plumbing for kitchen refurb, boiler upgrades, new radiators and shower. He also dealt with an undiagnosed gas leak and disconnected an old gas fire. There was a lot to get though! He’s very focussed and organised and communicates clearly at every stage about what needs to be done and why. I thought he took a real pride in his work and was very professional and tidy. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking for a solid and reliable plumber, a rarity these days! He’s been a great find, and I wouldn’t think about using any other plumber in the future. “A most amazing experience at Smiletech in Bluewater. Friendly, professional team. I’d popped in there several times but didn’t commit to an appointment. Each time though, I was met with a smile and absolutely no pressure sales. I knew I’d be coming in eventually and I wasn’t disappointed at all. Everything was explained carefully and I was given options. I still got amazing service after turning down other upgrades (I’ll be back for those later). I’m usually anxious when lying down in a strange place… at smiletech, I fell asleep (that’s a big deal). Same amazing service when I popped in to get my whitening kit. “Had agonising toothache for the last two days which preventing me from sleeping. It only felt good when cold water was in my mouth, meaning I was unable to leave the bathroom sink. Almost instantly I was numbed up, no messing around with small talk or anything, just straight to the point. “Do you have any allergies” then almost instantly injected and feeling the pain that aches for two days stopping sleep disappear. They removed the cracked filling giving me pain and provided a new one, I’ve not had pain ever since. 10/10 if I didn’t live in Yorkshire this would be my local dentist”
