“We've used Heron Vetinary/Medivet Morden for many years. They've always been very helpful and supportive, providing advice and reassurance. They have health packages available to help cover the cost of care for your fur family. When ours have had to cross the rainbow bridge, they show empathy and send bereavement gifts. They have also provided a grace period for payment. It can be expensive, but most vets are and they will explain all costs beforehand.”

“Having been going here about 18 months I have nothing but praise for the care that the team take on each visit. Ruben and Stella work well as a team and instantly make you feel comfortable and calm. Danni is such a lovely person and despite having your teeth cleaned she encourages you all the way with your maintenance and care for your dental hygiene. Would recommend this surgery.”

“After a few weeks of being treated by the vets here for an infection that is rare in the uk and caused by a tick we had to say goodnight to our most precious boy. Whilst having treatment here and being hospitalised several times I cannot fault this practice. He was treated like one of their own and all of the staff were caring and so supportive of not just my dog but also myself and my son. This includes all staff including reception staff, vet nurses, vets and anybody else behind the scenes. My poorly dog absolutely loved the attention he got from everyone he met there. I was kept well informed at every step and knew he was in the best hands and that to me is priceless. We have been absolutely devastated by this huge loss but thankyou from the bottom of our hearts for the love and care you gave to our baby. I will never forget it. Xx”

“Fantastic experience for toddler who was terrified due to past immunisation experience. The staff handled my little one patiently and had alternative options if she was too afraid . The treatments are always well explained and be educated on diets and sugar intake. Absolutely no judgement and a lovely place to be. The receptionist manages the appointment well for all of our kids and for the adult. Very welcoming and plenty of assurance for any treatment being done. Wish they could open on weekends too but I can imagine the rush if they do. Hope they keeps up the good work. Well done!”

“Changed my dental practice for about 3 years now, the staff is very friendly, cooperative and helpful. I needed an emergency appointment for my daughter, nothing was available on the day but they accommodated us with cancellation of one. Highly recommended.”

“We moved to this practice because my daughter was afraid to even sit in the chair at our previous one. The entire experience from start to finish couldn’t have been better. From booking the appointment with the reception staff to seeing Dr Fernandes, who was an absolute angel, everything was handled effortlessly and calmly. She managed to help my daughter do exactly what was needed to carry out the treatment. A wonderful experience all around, and I cannot recommend them highly enough.”
