Before we moved in, he showed us around the property with great enthusiasm and worked closely with our housing representative to clarify details in the rental agreement. We were warmly welcomed on arrival, and even after moving in, Callan has been prompt and helpful in responding to any questions. The flat itself is cozy, well-maintained, and comfortable. The location is convenient for commuting, and the property feels safe with secure gates. Overall, a very positive experience.”

“A Taste of Eastern Europe at Galicja Feltham – 5/5 Tucked inside the friendly Load of Hay pub on Staines Road, Galicja Feltham is the real deal for authentic Polish and Ukrainian home cooking. Think rich, soul-warming borsch, perfectly plump pierogi and varenyky, sizzling grills, and generous portions that won’t break the bank. Everything tastes like it came straight from grandma's kitchen. The staff are warm and quick, the beers are cold, and the atmosphere is always buzzing. Best part? Every weekend turns into a proper party – live bands or DJs spinning Polish, Ukrainian, and international hits until late. Great food, great vibes, and dancing on the tables (if you’re brave enough). An absolute hidden gem in Feltham – I’m already planning my next visit!”

“Room was large with a great bed, lots of different pillow types and sleep quality was excellent, rooms were also quiet. TV, wifi was perfect, lots of charge points including a EU socket. I liked the large window with roller blinds too. Breakfast had a very good range of products, self service or you could order specifically cooked eggs. Some food options nearby or their Zoom restaurant is available as was room service.. Most of all it's the first hotel I've been in where they had recycling bins in the room. A great stay, and staff were very good too.. oh and the rooms have fridges too!!!”

“The Nest climbing is a fantastic facility for your bouldering adventures. The staff and people make it a very friendly and welcoming place for climbers of all ages and skill levels to participate in the sport we love. There are a number of expert led small grouped classes to participate in between your time on the wall helping you build mobility and strength in order to progress in your climbs. I can recommend this place highly enough.”

“This was my first time visiting Heathrow Goals, and while there was a small issue with some cranky Albanians refusing to leave after their session ended, Archie and Lee from Heathrow Goals handled the situation brilliantly. They were excellent hosts, gave us extra time to play, and provided incredibly friendly and accommodating customer service. Honestly, they went above and beyond what you’d expect. Keep up the great work, lads! I’ll definitely be recommending Heathrow Goals to others!”

“I had the best time last night we discovered this pub on our way back from airport , music was so good and met some really cool people definitely be back for reggae night and Halloween . Both the ladies last night working was brilliant. But big extra thank you to Lana for making my autistic niece feel so welcomed and made her experience to the pub such a positive .She hasn’t stopped all day asking when can we go back see her.”

“The Wishing Well is local to me. Beer and drinks are reasonably priced, considering the pub is based in the Greater London area. I've found staff and customers to be friendly. I have seen different cabaret acts and bands at the Wishing Well, all have been fun, entertaining and FREE!”

“Walked into this gaff not knowing what to expect and ended up thinking I’d stumbled into one of them proper boozers we all used to haunt before everyone got obsessed with artisan lager and reclaimed wood tables. This place is the real deal. Big, roomy, clean as a whistle and full of the sort of decent people who look like they know how to enjoy themselves without turning the whole place into a circus. I drifted in quiet as a ghost, keeping myself to myself, the way a man does when he just wants a peaceful pint without getting dragged into a three-hour chat about football transfers. Early afternoon, hardly a soul about. Even the barman gave me that look you give a fella you’re not entirely sure walked in through the door or just materialised beside the pumps. Perfect. Just how I like it. Once you take it all in, you realise the place has that old-school charm you can’t build from scratch. It feels like the sort of joint where blokes in the early 90s would crowd round the fruit machine, give each other dodgy betting tips and swear blind they were going home after “one more”. There’s space everywhere you turn. No shoulder-barging. No squeezing past people like you're on the Tube at rush hour. Just room to sit, think, sip and breathe. The beer garden is a treat as well. Plenty of spots for whatever mood you’re in. Out with mates, catching up over a round? Sorted. Want somewhere quiet to park yourself and stare meaningfully into your pint like you’re the troubled side character in a gritty ITV drama? Also sorted. Hayes did not disappoint on that front. First time visiting Hayes and if this is the standard of their pubs then I must have been living under a rock. I’ll be back, pint in hand, probably still lurking in that same quiet corner wondering where this place has been all my life.”

“Extremely nice staff, wonderful and caring service. Lovely calm atmosphere for an enjoyable and tasty breakfast and lunch at low cost but never compromising on high quality food. Try for yourself ...trust me you will never be disappointed. Staff are very lovely and caring to their disabled customers especially who struggle to go out alone. But here the staff help you to relax and never judge you.”

“Not only was the check-in process speedy and helpful (because the hotel employee made some specific accommodations for our stay), but the room exceeded expectations on all accounts. The room was comfortable, clean, and spacious. We would definitely stay here again and we appreciated all courtesies that were shown to us by the hotel staff.”

“Very kool punjabi indian themed restaurant . As by name it goes feels like a pind (punjab village) which seves authentic and scrumptious punjabi food in hayes. This BYOB restaurant, so don't forget to carry your own poison. The owner and staff are very polite and give their attention to your comfort and service. Must visit”

“Really cant complain for the price paid. Stayed for 17 nights. Clean and safe place to lay your head. Staff friendly and polite. Most people stay for a day or two, but they have a few long term residents (who were really pleasant and told me where to go for stuff locally). Microwave and kettle in food prep area. Food and drink Vending machines for something quick. I would have no problems in coming back here, although probably not for everyone. Mostly for the budget conscious.”
