Upon collecting my click and collect order, the manager asked if I placed my order through the app, which I had, and he informed me that one of the items I had ordered had a buy one get one free offer for orders placed through the app. So I placed an order again using the appropriate voucher code, and he refunded me for the original item, and hey presto, I got one free!! You couldn't ask for a better experience.”

All staff took time to properly respond to my requests, in particular Garry the store manager/supervisor?? went above and beyond to help me find the right size for my son’s jacket despite of the store being so busy during this period. He had excellent problem people and problem solving skills- provided me with options and opportunities that I did not think of at the time. Highly recommend this branch to support you get that you need.”

“Beautiful store with alot of gorgeous items that you can't find anywhere else for kittens and cats as well as dogs. We bought a cable knit sweater in blue and it was very God quality. My kitten was very comfortable in it and never complained wearing it...moreover it was such a cute item. All the toys and other items are reasonably priced and mostly things u can't find anywhere else... Shipping was fast and beautifully packaged. We would definitely buy from here again! “So great I went in here because every time I walk past I can always smell the freshly backed bread. I got so bread rolls which were still hot!! “Finally a good Lidl store in the area. The Wembley Park store is way too small for the customers it’s got now, a nightmare to shop in. This one is much bigger with very spacious aisles. The self checkout area is also nice and large. So far it all very clean, be nice if the staff could maintain it like that but I’m not expecting that. In this day and age every retail store is way understaffed to be able to keep stores neat and tidy which is a shame. Still, I didn’t expect this store to be this big so that’s a plus. Never going back to the Wembley Park store again. Happy days. Note, I wouldn’t drive to this store though, very very limited spaces with more than half (I think) taken by electric chargers and disabled bays.”
