“Perfect surroundings, the stafd are super kind, and helpfull. They instantly fullfilled every request we made. We had a fantastic time here, and this gem became our most favourite place here in london in a blink! The food was amazing, and was affordable. “Had a meal with my kid and we both loved, don’t be put off by the negative comments or the simple look of it inside. Here what it matters is the food, and it was the best we had while in London, and we ate at Portuguese and Brazilian places. We had the lamb chops and the lamb leg. Both very delicious, and juicy, the meat falls off the bone. The price is okay for London prices, if they were anywhere else would charge a lot more for this quality food.”

Varied menu for all tastes and I was especially chuffed when my colleagues who are NOT Local praised the food and the atmosphere. Great sized portions for the Christmas meal and presentation of the tables upon arrival Service was well paced allowing us time for our Secret Santa, quiz and drinks. Recent refurbishment makes the place warm and cozy with new seating and the toilets are all spruced up Lovely evening with friends and well done to the team around what must be your busiest time of the year”

“Hotel Xanadu is a Lovely & Stylish hotel with a nice bar and wonderful staff. It is well located in Ealing Broadway, close to the Picturehouse and tube station. Very easy to get to from Euston and not expensive at all. Highly Recommended”

“We visited Sakonis Wembley for a casual dinner and had a fantastic experience. We were seated in a comfy booth, which made the meal feel relaxed and private. The restaurant itself was clean, stylish, and had a modern, upmarket feel – a really nice setting for both casual dining and special occasions. The staff were warm, welcoming, and attentive throughout, and the food was the real star of the evening. We ordered a variety of dishes: Chilli Paneer, Chilli Garlic Mushrooms, Masala Mogo, Channa Bhatura, Crispy Bhajia, and Sev Puri – and every dish delivered bold, vibrant flavours. The chilli paneer had that perfect sweet-heat balance with a nice bite to the paneer. The garlic mushrooms were rich and packed with umami, while the masala mogo was crispy on the outside and soft inside, coated in a tangy, spicy masala that kept us going back for more. The sev puri and channa bhatura were full of texture and depth, with just the right amount of spice and seasoning. Even the crispy bhajia stood out – crunchy, light, and not at all greasy. Every plate was well-balanced, fresh, and beautifully seasoned. You could really tell that the kitchen takes pride in quality and consistency. Overall, it was a delicious and satisfying meal in a lovely setting. We’ll definitely be returning for another round soon!”

He handled multiple repairs with efficiency and care, always taking the time to explain what he was doing and what needed follow-up. He even took the initiative to start the process on items that required more time or parts, ensuring nothing was left unresolved. Throughout it all, Miguel remained patient, professional, and incredibly friendly—which made a great impression, especially as new residents. “A tiny little takeaway, I first ventured a couple of years back for a Lamb Biryani. To the uninitiated, this dish is like a combo, like a meal in one, much like a pizza or a chow mien. The dish is cooked with chicken (or in my case, lamb) and rice in-situ with herbs and spices. A complimentary pack of salad and minted Raita (yoghurt sauce) comes with it. I am used to some of the best biryanis around the world i.e. Kuwait, Delhi and Kolkata, and I will definitely say that Mr Ali Rehman,(the proprietor) can hold his own against the best I have ever tasted. Besides he has certificates all over the wall showing 5 star awards in cleanliness and hygiene from the local council plus independent food safety authorities. You just need to take a visit to see how meticulously he keeps the food covered in the refrigerated display cabinet! All I can say is that the world will be a poorer place for me without his Lamb Biryani. As for other dishes, if that is what he can do with my dish, I feel confident that he will shine equally well for all other items. Thanks Mr Rehman. Wish you all the best for total success! “Amazing stay at Premier Inn Watford Croxley Green! Had a wonderful experience from start to finish. The staff were super friendly and helpful — especially Faisal Shaikh, who went out of his way to make us feel welcome and comfortable. The room was spotless, the bed was incredibly comfy, and the location was perfect for everything we needed. Breakfast was delicious with a good range of options, and service was always with a smile. Really appreciated the calm, quiet atmosphere throughout the hotel — made for such a relaxing stay. My only suggestion would be to install proper air conditioning. It was around 35°C during our visit, and the room got quite hot, especially at night. Everything was great, but a proper A/C would’ve made it perfect. Still giving it 5 stars though, because everything else was genuinely brilliant. Would happily stay again!”
