Despite not actually being open, Kevin was incredibly helpful and extremely knowledgeable, quickly diagnosing the problem, getting us the replacement part and fitting it all within an hour. He charged a very reasonable price and we couldn’t have been more grateful for the professional and friendly service! Couldn’t recommend highly enough!”

The style I was after wasn't available but Mark very kindly provided a temporary fix, free of charge, and explained what I should search for with 'door handle jargon' to find a replacement. “Perfect location, 2mins from the train station for trips into London. A 45min journey. Free, secure parking. 10/15,min walk into town, which was pleasant, with sops, cafes and restaurants. The hotel is modern, rooms are spacious and well appointed. Safe, fridge and iron and ironing board provided. Breakfast was plentiful and well cooked, and the evening meal we had was cooked to perfection, reasonably priced and plentiful. The staff were pleasant, polite and very helpful. Highly recommended, can't wait to return.”

We went here for my Mum's 93rd Birthday they could not have gone out of their way more to make the occasion special. The food is totally excellent and worth every penny. Jemima our waitress was brilliant. The hostess Annabel was the best we have ever seen. She was totally " on " everything that was happening in the whole restaurant. Toilets were clean, plenty of parking out the front and side plus a car charger which is convenient.”

It is a throw back to the 80’s but that’s what I loved about it. The food was delicious and very good value for money with a complimentary glass of house wine. I will definitely be going again.”

We went there for Sunday roast, and I can honestly say that I will drive again two hours just to enjoy their food again. The food and drinks prices were also reasonable. I loved how welcoming the place is and the terrace outside. Thank you and I'm sure I will return.”
