We have toddler and no air con in this heat was inconceivable. Called Caroline at Paynes Cars on our way home and from the first word she was absolutely awesome, helpful and knowledgeable. She squeezed me in for an assessment on the same day and everything was sorted in a giffy. There was no leak and the car is blissfully cool again. Can't thank the team at Paynes Cars enough. “We’ve sent both our DS to this nursery over the last 3 years. The consistency of care is fantastic; same consistent carers mean they have really taken care and helped our sons to develop. They worked with us through any “leaps”, teething or potty training situations. The chef David has been amazing, catering to their dietary needs (vegetarian, no onion/ garlic) with a smile and enthusiasm. The boys over the years have really enjoyed each day and their time especially with the Montessori approach. We get verbal feedback at the end of each day (whether a quick brief or more detailed as required). We loved that the boys were taken outside to the green common next door whenever feasible and were exposed weekly to music afternoons and exercise / sport sessions. They come back having painted, played, read books, learnt about culture and everything in between. The carers have been amazing - Kim, Rosa, Camilla, Lucy, Tiana, Prima, Cara, Leena, and recently Saheeda - we’ve known most of these over the last 3 years if not all of them (and they are still there!) - that consistency of presence and care has been incredible in providing a “second home” to our children. They know our boys, and saw them grow up from less than 12 months of age to 3 years. It was a really warming and caring environment which helped nurture our sons at such a young age. The love given to them (even at their worst times) was and has been invaluable. We’ve (all of us) had a truly happy experience with the fortune green team. From our perspective and from what I heard from parents at other nurseries, this is the one of the best nurseries in West Hampstead; despite others perhaps being more convenient location wise, or “newer”. Finally, this review has not come as a one-off assessment or as a new parent who recently joined; it’s over 2-3 years of experience with two very different type of DS. Thank you to the fortune green team for being there with us for our boys; my wife and I will not forget our time together and for ALL the right reasons. Lots of love S&K, A&V.”

“Last week I took my Mercedes C350e Plug in Hybrid for a repair to Automerc Service, the car was jerking heavy when shifting from e-drive (electric) to engine, the transition wasn't smooth. When I got there, I explained the issue I was experiencing, and I was advised to have a diagnostic done to catch the fault. After the diagnostic, I was told the engine starter motor is faulty and the starter battery is faulty which needs replacing. I decided to go ahead with Automerc to carry out the repairs, and I can vouch that they have done a great job. The team was very helpful, one of the specialist who's name is Peter was very helpful and professional, he kept me well informed through out the whole process. I am really pleased with their service, did not waste any of my time, the repair was done on time and the car drives superbly well. I have been looking for a good Mercedes garage for a while and I think I have finally found one, I will definitely go back to them to service my car. Thank you for your service Automerc.”

“The process of settling our child was amazing. He settled immediately into the setting and the teachers took his needs as a foremost consideration. The teachers he has had in the past 9 months have been outstanding and the care he has received has been as close to what we as parents would give. The meals offered are simply amazing! He loves the variety offered to him and has never complained once about it. The management is very flexible and accommodating to parents in terms of extra days, time off, etc. The extra curricular programs provided are so fun filled and my son enjoys every bit of it! In the words of my son on his days off, "I wanna go to schooooool!"”

You can feel how much love and dedication they pour into everything they do. My toddler has grown in confidence, development and happiness since starting there, and it is such a joy to see. They have been spectacular with my son—so patient, nurturing, and full of energy. They really understand how to support him through these important early stages, from encouraging his speech and social skills to helping him feel secure and confident in his daily routine. He’s always excited to go in and comes home with the biggest smile, which says it all. The nursery creates a fun, safe, and nurturing environment where every child is treated with kindness and respect. The staff truly take the time to get to know each child and support them in the best way possible. It is clear they are passionate about what they do, and it makes such a difference. “Our daughter (now in year 8) has been at Edge Grove since year 6 having spent all her previous schooling in the French system. We joined the school at a time when the new headmaster, Me Evans, was still putting in place his vision, but we felt that he knew exactly what he was wanting to do, and we completely bought into that vision. We have not been disappointed. The pastoral care has been first rate, particularly helping our daughter in the transition to a British Independent school. From what we have seen, any pastoral issues are dealt with speedily and sensitively. Great emphasis is put on politeness and creating the right environment for learning, whilst enjoying everything that the school has to offer. The education curriculum is innovative, supportive and stretching, and the school is doing a fantastic job of supporting all year 8 pupils in preparation for CE, truly differentiating based on the schools they are applying to and the exams they will be taking. Extra-curriculum activities are great too - the Director of Music is fantastic and the improvement in the quality of all school music activities has been marked, while the head of girls' games is really raising the bar too. Staff go beyond what one might expect and respond rapidly and helpfully to any questions or concerns. The parent community is friendly and welcoming. The school certainly deserves its recent rating of Excellent in all regards from the Independent Schools Inspection. I highly recommend the school to any prospective parent.”

“Two brilliant children all the way through from Reception & Infants at the adjoining Infants school to Yrs 3, 4, 5 & 6 at this excellent school, first now thriving at secondary. So good in fact, I volunteered as a Parent Governor 5 or more years ago to support it's great efforts in the community, and it's gone from strength to strength.
