“I don’t think I can put into words just how fantastic Dogsaloud is and how much it means to my husband and I to have Nilly and Ron looking after our dog. We came across Dogsaloud by chance after moving to the area and it turned out to be the perfect place for Hazel. She’s been going to Nilly’s for about 3 years now and she absolutely loves it there, she pulls towards Nilly’s door when we walk past and when we drop her off she runs straight upstairs and makes herself comfy on the sofa, not one look back. It’s much more than a boarding place, it has become a second home for Hazel. We love it that she spends her time in a house in the company of people and other dogs and not isolated in a kennel; she goes for nice, long walks, and in fact we found out about a lot of great walking places from Nilly; she’s well looked after and she’s even allowed to sleep in bed UNDER THE COVERS, just like she does at home. Nilly’s been absolutely brilliant from the beginning, very accommodating and very flexible, which is great for two disorganized people like us. She’s helped us out in many, many ways, even taking Hazel to the vet for us when she got injured just before we started work. We really couldn’t ask for anything more, Dogsaloud is excellent!!!”

“Gerry @ Dog Knows Windsor is extremely dedicated to his work. He has done both play & train sessions and dog walking with our Griffon Bruxellois Archie from 13 weeks up until now (8 months). Archie loves his time with Gerry and the other dogs. He is extremely well socialised now and has no issues with other friendly dogs. Knowing that Archie is in the care of Gerry @ Dog Knows Windsor whilst we are at work is extremely comforting as we know he is well looked after and that he comes back exercised. Whilst prices are slightly more than competitors in the area, it's Gerry's dedication to the dogs that makes him instantly recommendable. He isn't just a dog walker, he's a carer and trainer too.”

“Vanessa has been walking Kasey my Yorkshire Terrier over the last 2 months as I've started working long hours. Using Vanessa and her services has been one of the best decisions we have made. Kasey is a very high energy dog and occasionally will pee or will destroy things around the house if she hasn't been properly tired out. This is where Vanessa has been amazing! We initially were worried that Kasey wouldn't get on well with someone else walking her but Vanessa has built an amazing bond with her over a few weeks that now Kasey cannot leave her alone! Kasey always comes back extremely tired which is perfect because this means she is much calmer and will sleep throughout the day until we get home. There has been times where I've needed Vanessa last minute and she has been unbelievably accomodating. I would HIGHLY recommend her to all and any pet parents!”

“Had a great time here today. The pools were all well managed by the lifeguards, they were actively checking how busy the pools were, closing them at capacity, making sure children were using the slides correctly etc which was nice to see. The two smaller pools were great for my toddlers and they really enjoyed the slides. We travelled half an hour to get here as we don’t have anything like this near us so it was a nice change. The only improvement for us would be more family changing rooms as they were full when we got there and the small changing rooms were very tricky to change twin toddlers in. They can’t help the size of the building though! We’d visit again”

“This gym is a hidden gem. Quiet at the right times with stunning sunset views of the City. In many ways it feels more exclusive than the subterranean luxe gyms nearby that cost 10 x more and are 10 x busier. No frills, but I live 2 minutes away, so don’t need a towel and luxe showers. Very friendly and helpful staff - they are all lovely. Luca the PT is a top tier trainer and a credit to the gym.”

“I have been a member of White Oak for over 3 years now and do not plan on changing gym. I mainly go to the morning classes and we have very good experienced instructors in Yoga, kettlebell, Pilates, Zumba, circuit. The centre as a whole is very good although needs more cleaners and maintenance . I cannot comment on the cafe because I do not use it but it's always busy. The staff are lovely especially the ladies at the reception, Scarlet and Demi being some of my favourite. If you want value for money, this centre is probably the best around.”

“Giving 5 stars due to the professionalism of the staff - would like to especially mention Julie and Zain who have been exceptional in supporting at the front-desk and in the gym respectively. Give em a raise (no they didn't bribe me ;) ). Management needs to look into the issue of overcrowding in the gym due to unchecked new signups recently. I have had to avoid going in on certain days of the week due to the same which has affected my otherwise good workout regime. Many other regulars have echoed the same concern. Also, the swimming pool cleaning quality has gone down too recently - needs to be immediately sorted out. Thanks.”

“My children have swimming lessons with Aqua Style....and.....love it. The instructors are very professional... the lessons are fun....when you reach a certain level the lessons increase to 1hour..... Pool and changing area are clean and well kept.”

“as a student i found that the gym hall was good staff are happy to help and the problems with cleaning were because they couldn't get to those areas. the pool problems were mainly because of other users. overall a brilliant gym that i would recommend to others.”

“Ah! What can I say! Forrest Hill Pools, is definitely my A1 in the Better Gym branches. A breathe of fresh air! Not only are the staff lovely, but the gym itself is alway spotless! Cleaners regularly cleaning and keeping the place hygienic, customers respecting the facilities by also keeping it clean and putting equipment away. Classes are always great! Darren is a fantastic trainer, always attentive of everyone in the group and always encourages you. Caroline who is on reception always has a wonderful smile on her face when you enter and greets you warmly, just a great start to your day especially if you’re like me who will wake up at 5am get washed and dressed and drive 30-40 mins to get here, you’re drained as it is, then you step in and are welcomed by lovely staff! It’s worth your travels! I haven’t been to this branch in a while, not fault of there own just circumstantial, but I will be returning shortly as they are thus far my favourite!!! Other than going to the gym and classes I haven’t used the pool, so I can’t comment on it, but will soon. They do junior gym which is great too, my son gets to come along with me at times before our home school hours which he enjoys. I also enjoy the virtual spin class. My only wish is that there was parking facilities but unfortunately there isn’t any but one disabled parking bay. Other than this there is nothing I can say against this Better branch. Well done to all the staff in this branch for keeping up good standards that is expect from your customers. Thank you because it makes the experience a good one.”

“Great swimming facilities if caught at the right time of day. Easy access to a sauna, steam room and Jacuzzi. The price is good if you're willing to pay for three months membership. The only shorter option is a session pass which cost me more than I was happy to spend. Next time I think I'll hit the gym too!”

He makes checking in easy and sets a great tone for the gym every time I walk in. Having my weekly interaction with him has kept me more motivated for the gym than ever before. A lovely man all around!”
