“Stopped into the Harrow location on our way back to the Midlands and had a really pleasant experience. We didn’t have a reservation but the lady receiving guests showed us to a table for two straight away. There were plenty of patrons but the atmosphere was pleasant and not too noisy or overwhelming. We had the butchers block and a selection of drinks that had plenty of fresh fruit and ice served with them as advertised. Our server, Nicole, was very friendly and welcoming and was attentive to our needs, as well as those of a large party seated next to us. She had a warm and approachable demeanour that helped two out of towners feel at ease :)”

“Love every minute at the Parklife Café. It's quirky, with extremely tasty food. The staff are polite and friendly at all times. Love the woman who takes the orders (Angie). Always accommodating with a smile and plenty of chit chat. Amazed at her attention to detail and remembering customer habits. This café is adorned with art and craft items, which can be bought. With an outdoor area that is covered, overlooking the park, which has unusual items that catch your eyes. You have the choice of dining in the main café or in the outdoor area. Dogs are also welcome at this café with free water and dog biscuits available. The café can also be hired out, tables can be booked in advance as well. I would highly recommend this café as the ethos of this place seems to put the community at its heart.”

“Honestly, one of my favourite spots. Super simple place, the decor is fine, but dated. The staff here are extremely attentive and always incredibly friendly. The food, is out of this world, the chicken is always succulent and juicy, the lamb is tender and rich. All the accompanying foods are just as good. The portions are generous and delicious. I try to come here every couple of months. Super happy to support an honest and high quality establishment. 10/10 every single time.”

“Perfect Birthday Party Venue. The venue turned out to be excellent in every aspect for my toddler's birthday party. The space , the food , the hosting & car park facility. The hotel hall was perfect for our 40 guest list with one wall side fittingly suitable for decor as suggested by them. The food was top notch. The Lotus stem appetizer and Jackfruit Biryani were the stars of the day . They had arranged for nice welcome drinks and catered separately for children’s food as well. We were able to make a corner for kids play. The best thing was there was adequate parking in the venue which the guests really appreciated. They also had a bar facility but we did not use . Thanks for making the event a huge success as it was the first party for our little one . Would definitely recommend Ember & Mist as an event venue . I like to thank and acknowledge the helpfulness of the staff and the understanding of Ember - Mist managers.”

“I’ve enjoyed food and atmosphere here before but this visit was next level. The newish menu was fantastic. Salad was large, fresh and great ingredients. Beautifully decorated for Christmas and warm welcoming lit fireplaces are a huge bonus. The service was kind and professional. Tyrell did a great job taking our order. Wonderful visit and will be back and highly recommend!”

“I saw both a hygienist and a dentist. Both experiences were excellent. The receptionist were welcoming and pleasant. The hygienist worked quietly and considerately ensuring I was comfortable throughout. He explained what he was doing and at the end discussed how effective my cleaning was and the best way to proceed. The dentist was also welcoming, checked my teeth and showed me where I could have some further work done. There was no pressure but I decided to have it done. Throughout I felt secure in what I was being told and what was being done.”

“I have been at Screwfix for last couple of weeks for various materials as I was getting some work done locally. I can’t praise enough the wonderful team at Harrow Christchurch branch of screw fix. I call them my A team they all work so well together and individually. They go out of there way to answer your query and check what you need and give good advice. No matter how long the Que or how busy they are they treat every customer with so much respect . John helped with selection of paint. Jeff helped with the Ronseal sprayer and both of them very professional and kind. Also a shout to Roma who was very helpful as well and not forgetting Lisa and Nicky and liam always smiling and they all make you so welcome and they serve with a smile. They all seems so dedicated and enjoy there work and really go out of their way to help if not sure they check with each other. Amazing group of people. “Gave Cheat Meals in Harrow a visit and tried their Spicy Mexican Burger Meal along with Chilli Cheese Bites. The Spicy Mexican Burger had a great flavor and delivered a nice spicy kick, which I enjoyed. The chips were crispy and complemented the burger well. The Chilli Cheese Bites were quite tasty, and flavourful. Staff are friendly and the shop was clean and well maintained. One minor downside was that the shop was a bit hot, which could have been more comfortable if the air con was on.”

Shook my hand and kindly showed me to my table. He offered me a drink of my choice and gave me the depth and breath to choose my meal. Diona has a wonderful warm welcome with a sensational smile. A service that can warm any heart. Diona took very good care of us and made every effort to make us feel comfortable. Topped us up with refreshments and gave us condiments without asking. That’s superb care. Had the best calzone! Loved it. The staff here are kind and everyone is friendly and offers a warm smile to you.”

“Pleasantly surprised! The room was lovely and even though the room I booked was not air conditioned l, it was quite cool! 10 minute walk to South Harrow station which is served by the Piccadilly Line and a 5 minute bus ride to Harrow-on-the-Hill for the Metropolitan Line. Bus stop is in front of the hotel and buses are extremely frequent, every 5 to 8 minutes.”
