I drove to Car Doctor, and after a phone conversation, Harry promised to call me as soon as he checked what was wrong with the car and give me an estimate. Exactly at the agreed time, Harry called and said the car could be fixed the same day. A few hours later, the car was ready to collect. The price was reasonable and the service was very friendly. “Very warm welcome at this charming house. Bed and Breakfast is a bit misleading. Breakfast was a couple of biscuits and tea or coffee in the room. No problem for us - we never have breakfast! Lovely comfortable bed and perfectly situated for Heathrow terminal 5 (7mins in the car). Paul, can I recommend that you leave the fridge door open when not in use? It didn't smell too nice from being closed! Really enjoyed playing your piano! Keep practicing! We'll definitely use your establishment again!”

“One of the few takeaways that satisfies my hunger for good food on the go, best falafel in Staines town and surrounding areas by far. The owner/head chef is a really nice guy and makes some really good traditional Lebanese/Syrian food! Well worth a visit, its not your average kebab house. 10/10”

“Lovely community space. I have a local book club and they allowed us to do our meet-up there. The staff is lovely and very welcoming as well. All our members loved the place and will repeat. They had an option of vegan and gluten-free cake and dairy free milk which was a bonus. Haven’t tried the food but may do soon.”

“I've been coming here since I moved to the area in September and there is nowhere else I use now for my lash lifts. I have very straight thick lashes and the ladies at strands are the first to be able to give me a lash lift that stays with me for at least 4 weeks without my lashes falling out. They are so warm and welcoming and I feel so comfortable in their salon. I had my first pedicure from them today and it was incredible, they took such care and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. They are well priced and have never failed to give me a 10/10 treatment and service. Very happily recommend them to anybody”

“My partner had his hair done here for the first time, compared to where he has been previously, he said this place is great. They clean their blades and it’s very clean inside. A great atmosphere too, everyone is really friendly. His hair looks great, really nice skin fade compared to some places, you get what you pay for and more. Overall super nice people. He has now permanently changed his barbers to this one as he liked it so much. 10/10”

After I had issues with an outfit I got from Mumbai a week before my sister’s wedding, I went to Estie and Amir was incredibly helpful in helping me choose an outfit. Even after that when there were issues with my sister’s outfit from India, they were incredibly responsive in trying to source another outfit for her and made the whole ordeal much less stressful.
