“Best service ever. Bit expensive compare to other supermarkets that's because they show case lots of other brands rather than Tesco own brand. Paid parking after 10 to 4.30 on the main road. Self service attandant which you won't see in any other Tesco . Quite busy after 5 in the evening due to trains . Staff is helpful and have knowledge of different options. Produce section is always full and lots of reduced items daily.”

“I was super happy with this service. I received very fast responses from Alan and he was very professional. I was having a painting sent internationally from the UK to the US. Everything went super smoothly. They picked up when they said they would and they packed the package amazingly well. I was expecting a minimum of 3-5 days to receive it and maybe up to 2-3 weeks for customs. I couldn't believe it but we ended up receiving the package next working day (plus a weekend). Painting was in perfect condition. Will definitely use again.”

There are several reasons for this but the main one is Stuart who's an absolute paradigm of everything customer service should be. He's friendly, helpful and always available if there are any problems. The pricing is also very reasonable and though touch wood we have never needed to claim on the insurance (testament to great delivery service provided by ParcelForce) I can only assume from several years of excellent service that we would be well covered there too.
