“A miracle worker, no less. I am a British citizen and Sepideh organised my visa authorisation code in a record time of less than two weeks (all during a pandemic). I had contacted (as most tourists do) several travel agents based in Iran. Over many months, many of them tried and failed to secure me a visa. Thanks to Sepideh's contacts in Iran and her working with the best agencies on the ground, I was able to secure a visa very quickly, with minimal hassle. I am starting to sound like an advert, but I really did wish I did not bother with the (yes, cheaper) Irani agencies and went straight to Sepideh. I would've saved a lot of money and a lot of time. I will say, however, that this is a small company, so you do have to be patient. But if you're able to explain clearly what you want and when you need it by, Sepideh really does do her best to make it work. It is better to call the agency directly instead of emailing. I also booked my Iran Air flight tickets through Arya. Quick tip for the less aware - the prices for Iran Air are NOT the extortionate ones on Skyscanner. It seems like they have cheaper tickets which only agencies are able to access. The tickets are about £200 more expensive than Turkish/Qatar but that's not too bad for a direct route, with 40kg allowance and the experience of a completely new airline. I haven't flown out, but Sepideh has done a very good job of keeping me updated and providing handy tips. Now, let's see how quickly the Embassy grants the visa!”
