“A friend suggested The Prince of Wales for lunch and it did not disappoint! It's not long been refurbished and it looks fabulous, complete with private dining, by the looks of it. Their outdoor space is one of the best I've experienced, with much of it sheltered if it does start to rain. We spent hours there with no pressure to vacate. Karen and her team are all experienced, friendly and exceptionally professional. Many thanks, Karen, we will be back!”

“We visited Yasmine and Driss in London to look at their mirrors, even though we were 2.5 hours drive away (we were in London for the day) and are glad we did. The Silver Maillechort Hand Engraved mirror was stunning and so much better in the flesh than in pictures. It's now hanging in our lounge and looks superb. Yasmine and Driss were very friendly and helpful, and although it's a shame they can't ship the large mirrors due to damage, we were so glad we made the trip to see them in person. Hopefully our next purchse will be something that can be delivered!”

“I just love this flower stall!!!!! I always stop and admire the flowers there, every time I go to London. The flowers are so beautiful and there is so much choice. I’ve bought flowers from here twice now and it’ll be part of my trip to London from now on. I saw the arrangements they’d created for Chanel opposite the stall - they were stunning. Gabrielle was so lovely and accommodating in helping me copy the flowers used. I feel I’ve got a bit of Chanel now in my own home.”

“This small mom and pop take-out shop serves good Chinese food that will not alarm or confuse local appetites. Been back a few times and it has not disappointed yet. However they only accept cash - no cards. Looks like they do a decent amount of delivery too. Friendly staff.”

“Great place to find your tools for DIY and even for you project if you are a trade. An expert or beginner or even a Pro can get his stuff from here. The only catch is the parking. It is awful and they will not hesitate to put a ticket on you after 2 hours.”

“I placed a Click and Collect order earlier today, thinking I could pick it up right away. Later, I realized it actually needed to be delivered to the store and wouldn’t be ready until after 4 p.m. I was honestly disappointed in myself for missing that detail—but Lil and Espy completely turned things around. The store itself is visibly old and a bit tired, but Lil and Espy brought so much warmth and energy that it felt alive. They stepped in with initiative and kindness, looking for a solution without me even needing to ask. They were patient, sweet, and incredibly understanding. “As pistachio lovers, we came there to try their pistachio pizza sandwich. It was difficult to find this place because it's actually located in a pub. Their pistachio pizza sandwich was delicious! Usually, not much pistachio paste is used and you can barely taste pistachios, but they used a lot of pistachio paste and you could taste pistachio. The pizza was perfectly cooked. We also tried their fried pizza and it was an unusual experience. We saw someone eating pistachio donuts and after seeing smile on their face while eating, we had to order it too. It was the perfect dessert! If you're looking for a pub with amazing pizza, then this is the place!”

She couldn't have been more helpful in the selection of flowers and what design of display I should have. And, the price was very reasonable too. I am a small business myself and I read Lyn's reviews before I decided to use her. I have seen the solitary "one star" review which sticks out like a sore thumb amongst all the other reviews. I chose to ignore it and I am so pleased that I did. The negative review is completely out of sync with all the other reviews. “We were initially slightly full and walked past but were dragged back by the lingering aroma of the chicken like a 60's Disney cartoon. The man at the counter offered us a free sample of the malai chicken and after one delicious bite, I was hooked. I hadn't had this feeling since my first hit of crystal meth in the 80s. We ordered the chicken malai wrap in garlic naan bread and fair to say, I was left speechless. If I could give 6 stars, I would give 5 and a half. Would recommend.”
