“We went here for a meal before seeing Simply Red at Wembley Ovo Arena. Easy parking in pre booked areas, we were in the Red Block. We had also pre booked the restaurant section upstairs at the pub and I'm glad we did as it was very busy. You can also eat in the bar area downstairs though. A lovely old pub, well decorated and lots of space upstairs. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We ordered at the bar and the food came out fairly quickly and it was delicious. The pate starter was really delicious and I thought the food was well above the usual pub standard. The atmosphere was very relaxed and friendly. Some lovely ladies a few tables down, gave us their olives as they didn't like them and I liked the way Simply Reds music was played in the background, tying our meal to the Arena gig. I would definately eat there again if I was visiting the arena.”

“Had such an amazing time. We've been here a number of times and it's always consistently delicious. Service is great and always happy. Would recommend to all group types. A stand out dish would have to be the arancini starter. We get it every time and have loved it on every occasion. It can get busy so always recommend a booking but they've always been accommodating. Will be returning soon!”

“Like the Black Horse, this is a pub that's more of a food place than a pub, but there's a proper bar area if you're just in there for drinks. Food is good and they often have deals on. They often have entertainment on, although this is usually just a solo singer with backing tracks. The pub quiz is once a month on the first Monday of the month (although is moving to twice a month in 2026); it's a good quiz with 8 rounds of questions on a variation of subjects. Overall a decent place for the locals of Pilgrims Hatch!”

“First time at Capeesh today and already thinking when next to go back in 2026. Huge shout out to our great server Jon who was so welcoming and friendly! The food was delicious and his recommendations were top notch. The 2-4-1 cocktails went down a treat and we were so stuffed we had to take doggy bags home. Overall 10/10 would absolutely recommend!”

“We were looking for a venue for our wedding reception which felt down to earth and fun but still beautiful and grand when we stumbled on The Old Brewery. We honestly couldn’t have chosen a better venue! From our very first call, Tommy completely understood us and our vision and exactly how we wanted the evening to feel. His support and communication throughout the process was exceptional (which isn’t always the case with wedding vendors!) and he instantly put us at ease. We weren’t very well versed with planning big events like this so we really appreciated the checklists he would send which helped us to get organised! We had several meetings at the pub to go over food, drinks, and décor, and each time Tommy made us feel like everything was possible. No request was ever too big or too small. He even liaised directly with our suppliers where necessary, which was such a huge help. When we arrived on the day, the venue was beautifully decorated exactly as we had imagined. The food and drinks were fantastic, with so many of our guests commenting on how much they enjoyed them. The entire evening ran seamlessly, all thanks to Tommy and the amazing team at The Old Brewery, who made sure everything was perfect. What makes it even more special is knowing we can return any time for a meal or a drink and relive the memories of the best day of our lives! “Just across the road from Snaresbrook station, it was my first time walking in on my way home. Immediately, the aroma hits you and then you can see exactly where it's coming from as the chefs are cooking everything in the open kitchen behind the counter. The service is friendly and accommodating and everything looks clean and well organised. I only ordered the Mogo (cassava fries) as it was 10:15 in the evening and I didn't want anything too heavy. Plus you don't see cassava served in many places. I took a menu to peruse as I'm sure I'll be back.”

“Everything from the quality of each dish to the interaction with everyone from the personnel was amazing. I had a better experience than some 2 Michelin star restaurants I've been to. My courses were delightful (as a big fan of meat) and the dishes of my partner (vegan) were amazing too. The lunch menu combination was great and the recommended cocktail from our waitress (not on the menu) was a perfect fit for the taste profile of the strawberry souffle dessert. 10 out of 10 in all aspects.”

“First time visit. Was really good. Food was delicious (especially the warm chocolate fondant), cocktails were very reasonably priced and tasted nice. Service was truly amazing, although I am not sure of our servers name, he looked like Adam Brody, so if you also get him, you’ll be looked after! I’m putting atmosphere at a 3, just because where I was sat was right under an ac vent and I was cold - given I’m not sure if it classes as atmosphere, I’m still putting it in. I would definitely recommend this restaurant. HOWEVER, if you’re allergic to garlic I would NOT bother - yet you can’t go wrong with steak and frites!!”

It is definitely one of the best Georgian restaurants I have ever been to (and I've been to a lot - in Sweden, Denmark, Germany, Greece, and the US). The Uber driver had carelessly dumped the delivery spilling part of an order and when we contacted the Meghna to ask about re ordering, knowing this was not their mistake, they came out with a new order despite us being out of their catchment. We have been ordering from the Meghna for over 30 years and their service has always been as amazing as their food.”
