“I recently had a hair transplant procedure with Dr. Dilan Fernando and his team, and from start to finish the entire experience was exceptional. Although I am still early in my recovery, and the final cosmetic result will take time to fully develop, I can already say that the level of care, professionalism, and attention to detail was outstanding. Consultation and Planning From the first consultation, Dr. Dilan Fernando was informative, reassuring, and meticulous. He took the time to study my facial proportions, my long term goals, and the overall donor strategy. His approach was honest, realistic, and focused on natural results that will age well. The hairline design was especially impressive. He created a hairline that suits my face perfectly and looks completely natural. Even immediately after the procedure, I was genuinely delighted with how it looked. Surgical Experience The procedure itself went extremely smoothly. Every member of the team played their part perfectly, and the entire process ran like a smooth and well coordinated machine. I felt comfortable from the moment I arrived, and the atmosphere in the treatment room was calm, reassuring, and completely organised. The procedure lasted from 0800 to 1500, and at no stage did I feel rushed. Dr. Fernando personally oversaw everything and was involved throughout the entire procedure, and the graft handling, the implantation technique, and the donor area management were all carried out with real precision. I received 1,705 grafts. This included a combination of multi hair grafts and a large number of singular grafts for the front of my hairline. Some of these single grafts were carefully split from two, three and four hair grafts extracted by one of the technicians, which shows the level of detail and effort that went into creating a soft and natural looking hairline. Team and Aftercare Every nurse and technician I interacted with was warm, skilled, and genuinely invested in my comfort. The aftercare instructions were clear, simple, and easy to follow. Any questions I had were answered quickly and professionally. Everything, from communication to cleanliness to patient comfort, was handled to a very high standard. Overall Impression Even though I am still at the beginning of my recovery, I am already extremely happy with the hairline design and the entire experience. London is full of so called “clinics” that essentially consist of medical professionals telling you anything in order to get you to spend exorbitant amounts of money on things you don’t actually need. I was dealt with here in an honest and forthright manner but with also a great personal touch that really made it feel like the specialist was there to provide me with the best and most pragmatic treatment for me. “I just want to leave a review after going to another dentist practice in Wallington and seeing the difference. I wanted my usual hygienist professional clean that I have with Maryam at Confidental, but obviously closer to home. Let me tell you that Maryam does a really thorough job compared to other practitioners. I can literally feel the space between my teeth once my cleaning is done with her. She uses nice quality products and always teaches me something new. My dental hygiene has improved massively with her, from using interdental brushes, to buying an electric toothbrush and getting a special toothpaste prescription. She definitely knows what she’s doing and does it well. Overall I’ve been with this practice for years, I can’t even remember, I did a crown with them, Invisalign with Dr Korush and every time the job is spectacularly well done. I have no complaints whatsoever and I’m someone with high standards generally speaking. I totally recommend this practice, you’re in good hands with them.”

“All Smiles in Finchley were the only dental ordination in Finchley and Whetstone who promptly responded to my yesterday tooth extraction emergency request booking my appointment for today as per requested time slot I offered. I admit I came today with a bit of doubts mainly caused by lack of customer reviews of their dental services. After signing a consent for tooth surgery and entering my details to the paper form, Dr Handan Sabahlar, the dentist, offered me an examination of whole teeth and X Ray which I accepted. Whole extraction process was very pleasant and smooth, starting from local anaesthetic injection ending with bye bye problematic tooth. All tooth extraction procedure has been done with a lot of care, knowledge and experience. Zero pain. Now we are coming to price breakdown and payment where I noticed this dental ordination is doing a fantastic tooth extraction for approx 50% less then surrounding dental practitioners. My extraction has been completed around 1 pm today , now is 7 pm I do not feel any pain I only feel huge relief. Thank You Dr Handan Sabahlar for this wonderful treatment, I will reccomend All Smiles in Finchley with undiluted pleasure.!”
