“Incredibly friendly and welcoming staff and the specialist I spoke to was extremely professional, honest and informative. London is full of so called “clinics” that essentially consist of medical professionals telling you anything in order to get you to spend exorbitant amounts of money on things you don’t actually need. I was dealt with here in an honest and forthright manner but with also a great personal touch that really made it feel like the specialist was there to provide me with the best and most pragmatic treatment for me. Would highly recommend especially to the skeptics who have a few trust issues with clinics ripping you off; these guys are phenomenal.”

“Everyone here is very friendly and professional. I've been there for lots of reasons and have been seen by what feels like every practitioner. Agata is the best hygienist I've ever been treated by, so much attention to detail. The orthodontist Meeral and the orthodontics nurse Lea were both very patient with my questions. I've been seen by 3 orthodontists before and this team is by far the best. Charlie is great too, I came in with a broken tooth and Charlie is doing an amazing job with the reconstruction on it. Gabi too is doing fantastically coordinating all of this. Everyone is so friendly. They really have the best team.”

She gave me a thorough consultation and explained to me in detail what we could do to get my dream hair, she was so informative and made me feel so excited to see the results. “A magical place. First of all I would like to emphasize that the clinic offers an incredible atmosphere of peace and relaxation that we so much lack in our daily lives. Silence and at the same time a great empathy, makes you feel not like a product on a production line (as is the case in many other places offering similar services), but like a valuable person. Another important aspect is that in this clinic every procedure is treated very seriously and no one will persuade you to undergo procedures that are completely unnecessary for you or that could in any way threaten your health or life. Therefore it is very clear that the clinic is not only focused on profits but also on your well-being and your health. I used the Fotona 4D service and this service did not end with the procedure itself, which includes the list of services performed, but also extended to my personal dental problem. After the first session, the improvement in the quality of my skin was clearly visible and this treatment definitely took a few good years off my face, both visible and mental. What's more, I was able to come for the procedure on Sunday, which was very important for me. My procedure was performed by Ms. Magdalene, a person with great knowledge and incredible empathy for other people. During these visits I greatly expanded my knowledge about aesthetic treatments. Her knowledge and experience definitely goes beyond the average standards (not only in the field of aesthetic medicine knowledge but also general knowledge related to our health), which was of great importance to me. I will definitely come back to this clinic and especially to Ms. Magdalene and I also recommend this clinic with full awareness.”

She makes sure you’re okay, checks in on you, gives you a little background and care advice, helps you prepare, she is beyond professional. I will be returning :) She taught me a breathing technique to make the waxing process less painful, and was persistent throughout the entire process, guiding me through the breathing. “There are only a few good afro / Caribbean barbers in norbury / Thoroton heath. There a few trainee barbers that work at ricos, so be sure to book in with Steven. You will pay a bit more for the booking but you know your getting the best. I've used him for years, and never had a complaint.”
